Adv. Tembeka Ngcukaitobi says the Constitutional Court should treat the IEC application with urgency

Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi has called on the Constitutional Court to treat the Electoral Commission's (IEC) application regarding Jacob Zuma's eligibility to participate in the upcoming elections with utmost urgency. Ngcukaitobi emphasized that the court must deliver a ruling on the matter before the elections, as any delay would render the IEC's application moot

Reasons given by Adv are genuine hopefully will be accepted by court. Undisputed fact that what is the use of knowing after the elections wether he qualified or not, it won’t serve any purpose especially if disqualified now and later realise actually he did qualify 👏🏼
