GTA V Woman Cop

Whatever could this mean, the phrase "woman cop"? Women can't be police officers, as evidenced when this one goes bats*** over a couple of crackheads minding their business. Smoking crack, sure. But they were minding their business. So it's okay. Thing is, now they are dead and we have no idea how it happened. And this is why women shoudn't be cops.
