I will need to undergo a cervical spine surgery in the next weeks due to severe stenosis (compression due to disc herniation and thickening of posterior ligaments) and worrisome neurological symptoms on my upper limbs. I´m seeing a specialist surgeon next month due to MRI showing disc degeneration compressing nerves in the cervical spine. Thanks to my GP for referring me immediately when I described the symptoms of tingling and numbness in the arm. But in the meantime your videos has helped me choose a adjustable ergonomic recliner since I sit a lot due to circumstances that can´t be helped. And I credit your version of the scalene stretch especially in the assortment of movements that´s helped reduce some of the symptoms, now I can at least enjoy having dinner with my wife or watch a movie without the discomfort bothering me to much. It´s still bad at times but it´s heading in the right direction.
