Dave Forrest - Magic Castle - April, 2017

Just one of thirty one performances (I only got two on film) at The Magic Castle during my third, week long residency in April 2017.

Big props to my Castle wing-man, James Went who's help was absolutely invaluable. And, shout out to all my friends at The Castle. It truly is THE home of magic! X

Nicely done, Mr. Forrest. I like when you complete the "funny business" long before the trick is seemingly being done and so spectators can burn your hands as much as they want.

This guy proves a very important point. Magic is 90 percent performance/10% everything else. He does only 3 child level tricks covering 20 long minutes. Doesn't give 2 s--ts about it being in arguably the most prestigious place in the world for magic.The audience enjoys themselves thoroughly because of this dude's presentation. Well done. Wondering if your improvisation skills are as good. xx

Nice act but no one saw the card in the box,he didnt show it. So the wow moment was lost I feel during clapping for the whiskey minature.
