I saw this video yesterday and I went there yesterday! Your presentation was on point. The place is small but intimate and clean. My husband got the brisket, potato salad and I got the 3 dry rubbed chicken wings and the mac & cheese. We shared the collard greens which was a little spicy but delicious. The mac & cheese was the perfect sharpness to go along with the smokiness of the meat. There were 2 other couples in the place that had seen this video this week also. I've lived in Philly a long time and I didn't know about this gem. We are definitely going back again!

It should be tender but not soft. There should be some pull for your teeth. Meat shouldn't really fall off the bones when eating ribs. Then they are overcooked.

The cutest of ribs are great fresh color,the ingredients look fresh,hats off to the cook.
Because of JL Jupiter I just left Mike's. The rub on the chicken wings is the best I've ever had. The gouda mac & cheese was exactly what I expected. The greens have a kick but it's fine because they are meatless. I am pleased. I will be going back 🙌🏽

Staff has very nasty attitudes there so maybe that's why I didn't like the food. I got nothing but stank straight face. Didn't respond when I greeted them with a smile and hello. Trash.
