Need For Speed Payback Mods | Off-Road Spec Koenigsegg Regera!

- Apparently in Need For Speed Payback, there is an off-road spec version of the Koenigsegg Regera complete with off-road physics and conversion. So here is the performance of a LV399 off-road spec Koenigsegg Regera in 3 off-road events.

So in NFS Payback, when you buy an off-road spec car, it automatically converts to a 4WD car, whethers it's FWD or RWD. So the Regera is no different, it becomes 4WD when it converts to off-road spec. However it is an extremely front bias 4WD, with 80% power to the front and only 20% to the rear. I will describe the consequences of such high front bias 4WD below.
Performance review of the off-road spec Regera if it were to release:
Overpowered. First, it has the highest top speed cap off-road compared to the Bel Air Superbuild which is currently the best off-road spec in the game, both top speed and handling. But the main reason why it's OP is that it does not lose a lot of speed when you go off the dirt trail. In most off-road events, you typically either maintain on the dirt road but it's a longer path, or cut through off the dirt trail which is the shortest path but you will be slowed down. This off-path does barely slows down the Regera. And typically, off-road performance highly depends on the top speed cap both on and off trail which the Regera has too much of it.
Of course, it still has handling issues but it was probably done on purpose. Majority of the off-road spec cars are very oversteer happy. With such high front bias power, the Regera is more of an understeer type car which makes it much easier to control. Of course, the car will understeer heavily once the front tires spin too much, but you can keep it under control via braking. Also brake drift makes the car turn sharply too since it's steering depends on the front tire's wheelspin amount.
Ghost/EA probably didn't want to put the Regera off-road but this is an arcade game and it should be an escape from reality. Sometimes it's all about having fun and there shouldn't be some arbitrary class system to prevent this.
What you guys think? Should Ghost Game unleashed this Cancer to off-road spec too? (With nerfs and tweaks of course).

The fucking regera speeds up midair with N20 without traction. Maybe the NOS coming out from exhaust act like a rocket. That car can turn midair too... just EA physics.
Hopefully someone can answer this. Is it better to go for 6x brand bonuses or just look for any parts with 3 good perks? Its been hard grinding for 6x brand bonuses but i feel like it has all been a waste of time

This is almost useless, because the only time the Regera shines is above 200 mph, when it accelerates really quickly. Because of the off-road Speed cap (150 mph) it can’t hit 200 or go beyond that

Did Mac think "oh, fuck this, I'm taking this off because weight reduction and NFS off-road spec logic"?? Or did it just glitch the hell out?? And 6:20, same thing except with the rear bumper and frunk/hood (still not knowing what to call it) and front bumper added on to that. What happened??

Thats because when you replace cars (like what he did in the mod) they come with only the chassis and an engine. So they have the option to put on for example the hood and keep the frunk removed.

What would you say is the most stable, best handling off-road spec car in Payback? I've tried the X6 and the WRX STI, both have a fishtailing problem which I can't seem to fix no matter how much I tune them

Not possible atm, back then we did the duplicate glitch by forcing level 18 parts, and it still remains at 299 performance.
