when you make the shrimp saganaki ALWAYS put the feta cheese at the last minute so it doesnt melt completely when the sauce is boilling.

For the moussaka, you can add the eggwhites to the regu to lift its volume a bit. You're also supposed to use bay leaves and cinnamon for the sauce. Nutmeg for the white sauce that goes on top. The aubergines should be roasted in the oven before you layer them in the pan will the rest of the ingredients.

So the eggplant was sliced raw then put in the casserole cooked. I would like to know how it was cooked??? It looks so different than when I prepare it. I usually saute or roast till golden.

The greek yogourt is very differant from the turkish one : We changed the receipe. We dont put chauvinism in it and we replaced it with love. That's why it's so delicious. You should try some. Come home, I will cook for you. Bring your family too. We love families. Love.
