in fact, since Numemon is barely showing up post banlist, Angels are in a better spot since Numemon is the -DP guy amongst the Tier 1s. Mirage and AncientGaruru bounces and can't do much to break thru if Domini and Angewomon pair are out.
3GA is fun to play when all the pieces align. This deck is going to be even more annoying when shadowseraphi ace becomes an option, looking forward to that carnage lol.

Congrats on the top. Surprised he got passed imperial and dex as those roll this deck hard but hey sometime its just your day.
Imperial isn't a big deal if you know how to play the matchup. They can't remove your digimon.
@@DigiSean37 Unfortunately that doesn't matter for imperial as the bt-16 just stun locks you and swings in anyway. Plus you only have protection so long as you have security so if they get you low it can be a problem.
If they swing, they get ACEd. We have been labbing this for weeks. Imperial isn't an issue unless they high roll kill you on turn 2-3.
@@DigiSean37 Imperial only cares about certain Aces cuz of partition. So in this deck it cares about cherubi + pillow but that can be played around.
@@DigiSean37 What about dragon mode going into fighter mode when you ace? That was one of my problem when I took angels to the niagara falls regional (besides being bad and missing my key lines of play repeatedly).
Congrats Ben. Any recommendations if one lacks the fourth Cherubi Ace?
Maybe another ophani ace. I think you want the replacement to be an another ace card for defensive purposes. I'm just really scared to swing with her is my biggest issue.
@@jjrbenis07 appreciate it. Any reason you didn’t use the memory gain Kari cards? Was it just a space issue?
@@oreox1000 I didn't consider it cuz I was more concern with consistency than memory. T.k. seeing 5 cards turn 1 or at seeing what's in security was more important to me. Plus with 4 memory boost, I have access to more than enough memory if I played it right.

Congrats man. I wanted to play this, but I couldn’t get EX06 anywhere. 😭 I didn’t play a single hybrid deck the whole day, but I got slaughtered by Magna X. I always lost a turn before I had game because of Jessmon GX. I still topped, but I’m not proud of it. I could have done better.
Deck is looking way more solid than mine, still caught up on running Mem boost over the trainings
Congrats, one of my friends at locals ran the deck just cause and didnt drop a match. Was really surprised, too many aces to deal with.

How does this deck handle Shoto mother
Cherubi ace has alliance so it can swing with silly numbers. You can also swing with your barrier Digimon first if you have more bodies than they have blocks.
I tested the matchup this week. I think it's terrible. Dedigi and forced attacks into a 15k blocker is horrible. Heavens and dg dimension are also wipeouts. 3GAs wants to play for the board and they answer it quite easily.

@@jjrbenis07 yeah it's a tough matchup. I'm playing the dual TK & Kari tamer at 1 but thinking of bumping it up for mother blocker, since if you're forced to attack, you can use the tamer to give barrier to whatever you're attacking with. Heavens judgement is brutal for sure though.
Hell yeah, congrats Ben! I’ve been messing around with Angels but I struggle a lot with being able to close out games. I feel like checks are unsafe and potentially catastrophic if you don’t see your barrier enablers. Were you doing something else to mitigate that?
I mitigated it by swinging mostly with cherubimon. In certain matchups cherubimon with at least +4k from alliance is a safe swing. Other than that, I just didn't swing when I wasn't willing to lose the stack.
@@jjrbenis07 Yo'! Congrats Ben! Quick thing, any thoughts on the deck's option? (Descent of the Three Great Angels), isn't worth running it?
@@JLinusVanPelt Thanks! I've never even tested the descent option. I didn't see it as neccessary for the deck to work and I was thinking paying 5 memory would have been too much. If you see any success with it though, let me know.

@@pierrecineas like ben says, cherubi is the answer. I started at 2 in the deck and quickly went to 4 because cherubi protected by domini is the win con.
