I know you said that he's a wind elemental but when I see all the prisms in his attacks he looks more like a light elemental to me. Does he have any light element attacks at all?
It would be cool if he was dual elemental but his attacks cause the spin animation from wind elements plus the spirals around his weapons denote the element of wind.
