While the promo saka ability is not the he best, being a navy blue black leader is just very good still. Also, controversial take, if because of Lucci the eight cost moria gets a hit, old saka can be unbanned. Lucci is basically that leader with 5 life gameplaywise, but black heavilly relies on moria right now. If it were hit, black decks go with it. Having a black blue leader with 4 lifes I think would compensate without breaking the format.

I think the errar'd Sakazuki is still good. It might be a tier 3 deck now but still solid.
