- Find out how to make your own resin pyramid with just a fraction of the resin you would need if you were making a solid pyramid. In this video you will find out how I made a large cavity inside my pyramid to save on resin and to be able to add fairy lights inside.

I'm a newbie and just starting out. This terrifies me, but I am hopeful of doing this soon. Thank you so much Louise. Good luck to you. No annoying music, just a calm voice explaining things. Fantastic x
Me too, her calming voice makes me feel comfortable & like i can do it!
Love those little green wood shavings in there...great texture and look.
It turned out to be very beautiful!!
This is the coolest pyramid tutorial I’ve come across!! Absolutely fantastic 👏 👏
I love this so much and THANK YOU for the tip on the lights!! I always thought it was a waste to embed lights into resin when they burn out
I just love how you explain all the steps - I am really enjoying looking through all the videos x Thank you
Wow that's really lovely, you did an amazing job.
I must say you presented a good tutorial for people, so thank you and God bless
Its beautiful ❤️ i agree with you regarding making the pink a bit lighter. Thanks for sharing xx
excellent idea using the bottle as you use less resin, love it
You have the voice of every art teacher haha thank you for the tutorial I just starting making orgone lamps and your tutorial was the best by far!
Oh wow thank you very much. I used to be a teacher so the teacher voice is with me to stay lol.
Such a beautiful piece I absolutely love it
I've watched many pyramid videos but your detailed instructions are the best so far..fabulous
Thank you very much Susan.
Totally beautiful! Thanks for your sharing tips and ideas !😊😘😊
It is beautiful I am going to attempt to make one thank you so much showing how easy it was to make
This is beautiful. Your idea of putting the bottle in is brilliant. I have had the mould for about 2 years now and haven't used it as resin can be expensive. The flowers with the lights on look like trees as the stems go to the wood chips, which to me, helps add to the forest/tree scene. Thank you for sharing.
This pyramid is beautiful Thank you so much for the video. I'm new and can use the video for help
I loved watching this video, you have a beautiful voice. I loved this, thank you!
Thank you ever so much for doing this tutorial. You explained everything so clearly. I'm new to resin crafts and I'm hooked after just 2 months. I look forward to learning much more from you. ❤️
Thank you so much, I’m so glad I come across clearly x
What a super creation. Well done.
Can always count on you for something different. This one is beautiful!

Oh thank you so much, that’s great to hear x
@@LouiseSingletonCreations You're welcome! Thank you for this lovely video! It made my night last night! Peace and love to you! 🙏💜
I think it's great, the flowers actually look like skeletons! I love it!!
Wonderful Job 👍👍👍
Love it!! I hope you record the next one you make so I can understand how the bottle should go in without gluing it. Thanks!
Kathy Cotter thank you very much. I’m sorry, I must have been unclear. You will need to glue the bottle down but you need to use hot melt glue to completely seal the join (super glue was too thin and the resin got through underneath) then, once you have finished the pyramid and you heat the bottle up it will come out easily. Xx
Amazing, colours are great and learnt a lot.
I do look forward to watching your next One I love watching you make them
This piece is absolutely gorgeous ! I am very new at resin art and have learned so much through your video methods of teaching and explaining in the way that you do.
I love the colors you chose & the wood shavings are an amazing idea... I never would have thought of that. You are the first person that I’ve ever seen use those in resin and they’re beautiful and interesting in your piece !
Thank you so much for sharing your art with us all ✌🏼🤍🙂

Beautiful
It's beautiful
This is beautiful! I was already thinking of putting in a light with mine, now I've seen a way to do it. Well done and thank you :)
I’m so glad I helped x
This turned out so well, what I've noticed is other people use the smaller silicone cups to create the cavity for the lights to go 8n as we know resin doesn't stick to silicone so it's alot easier to remove 😉 xx
You have the sweetest voice. I can hear you reading children's books.🤩
Thank you Catherine. I used to teach young children and they did LOVE story time (so did I)
That pyramid is absolutely beautiful! I appreciate the baby powder tip, along with several other helpful ideas you passed along. Thank you for sharing. I'm subscribed and can't wait to see what you do next.

Beautiful lamp Louise. I love your expressions - wonky 😂.
Jules Madison ArtPreneur thank you Lovely. It’s funny, I say things like that without considering whether it is a localised term but it’s one of those words where you know what it means just from the sound of it lol.
that is really beautiful .thanks for sharing.
Thank you x
@@LouiseSingletonCreations Do you indulge in stained glass tiffany too? If it's not there, it's just a piece of ebaxis resin.
Thank you for sharing this was a great tutorial.
Thank you very much xx
Very good explained. Thank you very much.
Thank you, I’m pleased to hear it x
Beautiful!!!!!
This was great! Thank you...
This is so very nice ....and you are so pretty person. Your English can I good understand . Thank you so much! Gr.from Amsterdam .
You are very kind, thank you x
meraviglioso lavoro...complimenti !!!
You could drill holes into the resin for those magnets and the excess sticky back vinyl would have been great for the rest of the uncovered bottom of the pyramid. Or what you did do works just as swell too! I apologize, my comment was rushed ☺️. Beautiful! Absolutely perfect!
i like the way you think.
What a great idea! Thanks for your detailed cute, will see be giving this a go, if I can find the giant pyramid mold that is!
Hi Jay. The moulds are found on Amazon 👍🏼
@@pamcullen537 thanks, but in Australia, no worries I got one on eBay, can't wait to give it a go!
Have fun. Just a heads up.. I put a load of glass marbles in resin and they made the sides bulge and couldn’t sand the base 🤭😂😂🦆. Next time heavy objects will be placed in semi-set resin and away from the sides/bottom x
try PhiMolds on etsy if looking for decent molds
Awesome! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you very much Dana, I love to spread a little inspiration xx
Fantastic thank you.
Brilliant! I’m just fascinated. You are the cleverest crafter ever!❤️👍🏻
I love that your heat gun looks just as well loved as mine!LOL
Haha, my heat gun is so well loved I sometimes have to bash it on the side of the table to make the switch work. Thank you for your kind words x
@@LouiseSingletonCreations I hear ya fellow crafter!
Beautyfull 👍👍❤
Beautiful! You're such a great tutor too. So patient & honest. I need some tips on sanding & polishing it you would be so kind? I only make things for family & friends to keep my mind active due to me being long term disabled & stuck indoors most of the gime. Thank you sweet. Xxx
Thank you ever so much Jacqueline. I don’t actually do much sanding and polishing so I’m not the best person to give advice on that but I did do a video polishing with car polish and that worked reasonably well.
Stupenda meravigliosa!!! Si può dire una vera artista!!! Ne faccia una con il fiore della vita... Comunque Dio la benedica...
Love it love this 🥰 I will be tackling this on my days off work 😍❤️ Yay. Thankyou
Thank you, I’m glad you like it and I would love to see the result of the one you make x
I've finished my first 1 it does look great
I didn't do magnets for the bottom I used Velcro it works good to.
How do I show you my finished product
Leeanne McGee oh how great! Do you have it anywhere on social media? You could tell me the name to search for. Alternatively you could send it in an email to louise.e.singleton@gmail.com
I am about to make my first pyramid for a USA resin company demonstrating their deep setting resin. I am going to follow some of your tips and will give you a shout out and leave a link to your channel. Hope you are well Lou - and surviving this awful quarantine. xoxo
Hi Jules, that’s so sweet of you, thank you. I can’t wait to see your pyramid. I have two on the go right now and I should be demoulding tomorrow, i find them so exciting. We are all fine thank you how is it going for you?
Super amazing!!!!
Thank you very much xx
Une merveille 🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
muy bonito
Thank you! 🌈🙏🏼💜
Love Love it good job
Thank you very much x
Pretty cool 👍
Mind To Made thank you, I’m glad you like it.
EXCELLENT
I'm new to resin art but I am familiar with working with epoxy resin in making R/C aircraft. When I wanted to keep the resin from sticking to certain surfaces I would paint a light coat of Vaseline on those surfaces. I think I'm going to try that with the plastic bottle when I try a pyramid..
The flowers at night when the lights on looks like a safari sky
I really love that piece i think u just need to make sure or check to see if your work space is level could be why the top part came out a little wonky sometimes it could be just that a very small detail but very important .
