I love plots like these because it allows us to see what another character would be like if they had a certain power. Plus it works for the characters too! The only issue I have with the power swapping with Piper & Leo in Season 5 didn't mean anything because she still continues to nag at him and his job later. Even if the scenario was fun.

In short, we can blame both the writers for not fully exploring Piper’s character depth and Holly for allowing her true personality to influence Piper’s portrayal.
The episode where you healed Leo makes me cry every time i watch it. You're amazing Holly! I adore you and still love this show more than any other. I've been listening to the podcast and i love it. You guys make me laugh. I cant believe i missed Holly and Shannen at comiccon in RI. I'm super bummed
everytime Piper complains about Leo's charges, it feels like she's complaining about ER Doctors.those charges are out saving the world sweetie!!

If Piper’s concerns had been shown as curiosity and worry, along with her natural snarkiness, rather than complaints, it would have better highlighted the real challenges of Leo’s long absences, dangerous missions, and confidential work. This would have made her nagging, as often mentioned in the comments section, feel more justified.
I'm pretty sure the only reason that the spell caused all of their powers to be switched was that Piper said "**the** powers, instead of "**our** powers".
