I love this visual storytelling. Travelling to space to stop the fight from hurting others, defeating Dark Sonic and it’s symbolism, and the way Sonic gave Shadow the emeralds to finish off the battle. It was so entertaining to watch, and SUCH a step up from the norm. You should definitely try something out, like a series, one day, provided you do some more learning too.

Honestly even if this is the usual run-on-the-mill Sonic vs. Shadow, I kinda find it interesting how the fight sets up certain points for the endings. Plus the fight itself is pretty nice in terms of moves and what happens to like the planets for instance lol

I love the reference to Ichigo/Hollow Ichigo after Sonic transformed into Dark Sonic. :) It was clear to me based on Dark Sonic having laughed the way he did, Super Sonic having fought with Dark Sonic in Sonic's mind just as Ichigo has fought with Hollow Ichigo in his mind, and Sonic having regained control over himself like Ichigo regained control over himself during his fight with Byakuya.
This animation is very perplexing to me. Very well done btw. It appears Sonic went dark without any use of Chaos Emeralds. Of-course he was already in a super state and maybe just shifted the energy into negative. Or maybe he has that potential just in him even in base we don't know much. Sonic lost everything in this fight. His entire planet and friends along with it. That's definitely a severe shove into that form. I like that he had an inner battle with himself that was interesting. Although I don't believe that positive Sonic would have won it. But that is his very nature to keep pushing on and doing the right thing. But everything that mattered to him was gone. I don't know why he didn't give in into darkness. Now about this hyper business. We know that after a super transformation or at least after the use of it is done the emeralds tend to scatter. But there is kind of a suggestion that he can call them forth as in Sonic unleashed. We don't know if he had them on his person before that battle. He might have prepared. (how tf he even get into space in the first place? The Tornado a puny little bi-plane in space? Or upper atmosphere at least. Press X to doubt). Anyway NO WAY IN HELL THAT HE UNLEASHED THE POWER OF THE F 'IN SUPER EMERALDS WITHOUT THE USE OF THE MASTER EMERALD! Thats got to be impossible. But thinking about it further and I do not want to seem like I'm pulling a movie Sonic with like the base form and the powered quills like could he have that much energy in his being to pull off a fucking hyper? Once again I am mashing my X key. Like why would you even need the Chaos Emeralds if that was the case. It's really far-fetched. We know Sonic has a shit ton of energy. Simply has to to run faster than sound and potentially light. I would think that would take more focus than demonstrated. it can't be possible 😮💨. Anyway, just like to think about the ins and outs of my favorite franchise. if you actually read this, you get internet points. Also I really loved this animation. Really awesome work. This is one of my favorite sonic vs shadow fights. The drawings, effects, dude it's very good. I know or I believe the best sonic vs shadow fight is "Dragon Dance". But that was a collaboration. This is all made by you, which could rival it. But still, rival or not, this was awesome. Keep up the good work
Love this one. At the start you can see that sonic is depending on his speed, and shadow is depending on his chaotic abilities, and the destruction from super form powers, i find them pretty correct. Also imho dark super is way more powerful then super form

U don't understand how long I've been looking for someone who can actually make action scenes that don't repeat and have a small story and even have different angles. They actually know how to fight instead of doing what all Sprite animations do. I love this man. U just got a new subscriber

Dark sonic is op and here's why: 1: depending on the canons. This form in the anime was powered by the counterfeit chaos emeralds. If I remember correctly that machine made 500 of them. And don't forget that one of them was equal to minimum 90 percent of the regular emeralds powers. 2: Anti chaos emeralds: Or the negative power of the emeralds. Unlike the super form that releases energy. The negative power absorbs energy, corrupting sonic and making him more angry. Combining shadows energy with his anger and unpredictability makes him far more powerful and superior to his super form. That's why dark sonic is more powerful than dark spine sonic. That's why he is more powerful than super sonic, and that's why he is more powerful than super shadow.
Dark sonic has only appeared once with no backstory but he sonic just angry no chaos emeralds related and shadow holds back when he’s fighting because he doesn’t intend to kill without his inhibitor rings he destroyed ships like it was nothing

When he broke through the wall in the episode, he was around more than 7 emeralds. Combining almost the exact same power per emerald as the regular emeralds, a higher quantity of said emeralds, and incredible rage and you have a recipe for destruction in the form of darkness. With shadow, he destroyed the ships by removing the inhibitor rings yes but that doesn't compare to his super form which, with the help of sonic and Cosmo, saved the galaxy from being destroyed by dark oak.

I love the reference to Ichigo/Hollow Ichigo after Sonic transformed into Dark Sonic. :) It was clear to me based on Dark Sonic having laughed the way he did, Super Sonic having fought with Dark Sonic in Sonic's mind just as Ichigo has fought with Hollow Ichigo in his mind, and Sonic having regained control over himself like Ichigo regained control over himself during his fight with Byakuya.

This animation is very perplexing to me. Very well done btw. It appears Sonic went dark without any use of Chaos Emeralds. Of-course he was already in a super state and maybe just shifted the energy into negative. Or maybe he has that potential just in him even in base we don't know much. Sonic lost everything in this fight. His entire planet and friends along with it. That's definitely a severe shove into that form. I like that he had an inner battle with himself that was interesting. Although I don't believe that positive Sonic would have won it. But that is his very nature to keep pushing on and doing the right thing. But everything that mattered to him was gone. I don't know why he didn't give in into darkness. Now about this hyper business. We know that after a super transformation or at least after the use of it is done the emeralds tend to scatter. But there is kind of a suggestion that he can call them forth as in Sonic unleashed. We don't know if he had them on his person before that battle. He might have prepared. (how tf he even get into space in the first place? The Tornado a puny little bi-plane in space? Or upper atmosphere at least. Press X to doubt). Anyway NO WAY IN HELL THAT HE UNLEASHED THE POWER OF THE F 'IN SUPER EMERALDS WITHOUT THE USE OF THE MASTER EMERALD! Thats got to be impossible. But thinking about it further and I do not want to seem like I'm pulling a movie Sonic with like the base form and the powered quills like could he have that much energy in his being to pull off a fucking hyper? Once again I am mashing my X key. Like why would you even need the Chaos Emeralds if that was the case. It's really far-fetched. We know Sonic has a shit ton of energy. Simply has to to run faster than sound and potentially light. I would think that would take more focus than demonstrated. it can't be possible 😮💨. Anyway, just like to think about the ins and outs of my favorite franchise. if you actually read this, you get internet points. Also I really loved this animation. Really awesome work. I love sprite battles. Thank you!

Love this one. At the start you can see that sonic is depending on his speed, and shadow is depending on his chaotic abilities, and the destruction from super form powers, i find them pretty correct. Also imho dark super is way more powerful then super form

1: depending on the canons.
This form in the anime was powered by the counterfeit chaos emeralds. If I remember correctly that machine made 500 of them. And don't forget that one of them was equal to minimum 90 percent of the regular emeralds powers.
2: Anti chaos emeralds:
Or the negative power of the emeralds. Unlike the super form that releases energy. The negative power absorbs energy, corrupting sonic and making him more angry. Combining shadows energy with his anger and unpredictability makes him far more powerful and superior to his super form.
That's why dark sonic is more powerful than dark spine sonic. That's why he is more powerful than super sonic, and that's why he is more powerful than super shadow.

Dark sonic has only appeared once with no backstory but he sonic just angry no chaos emeralds related and shadow holds back when he’s fighting because he doesn’t intend to kill without his inhibitor rings he destroyed ships like it was nothing

When he broke through the wall in the episode, he was around more than 7 emeralds. Combining almost the exact same power per emerald as the regular emeralds, a higher quantity of said emeralds, and incredible rage and you have a recipe for destruction in the form of darkness.
With shadow, he destroyed the ships by removing the inhibitor rings yes but that doesn't compare to his super form which, with the help of sonic and Cosmo, saved the galaxy from being destroyed by dark oak.
The anti chaos emeralds arent canon, in fact, its just a fan fiction.
