Why does almost every reviewer obsess over what was previously used as a part or piece?!? Is it a good to excellent representation of the IP? Yes! Questions regarding paint job, head sculpture accuracy, articulation and possibility should be the question to the consumer. Unless folks are manufacturing cost cutting experts for a particular Toy company I just don’t get the obsession with previously used parts or pieces 🤔
I can't speak for anyone else, but for me, it's accuracy vs easy. A lot of reuse is fine as long as the accuracy of the item isn't compromised. Fortunately, there isn't too much reuse where I'm completely turned off by a figure. Lastly, we've seen companies reuse a mold then a year or so later, create a new one that's more accurate meaning most will buy it again when the company could have just made it accurate from the start.
