As always I really enjoy how you shop the shelves. You are so respectful of the treasures you find. Thanks for being someone I can expect quality from.
I admire how you balance your time on family first and take advantage of your time on your thrifting and bringing us along. Takecare and looking forward on the next video. 🙌 ❤
Tiffany, Oregon, everything that you had to show us. I think I like both places. You get such different things and each Store, thank you for showing the animals in your family is very nice.❤❤❤❤
I liked the burled wood carved vase. My nostalgic love goes to th the boots remover. We had one in my family’s house in the beginning of the 70-tes, and some years ago I bought one at an auction (very expensive). Mine is like dark silver black with some green in the groves. So beautiful, and so helpful, because it really works. I mostly like the usual videos, because the are more soothing (makes me wind down) and I can shop with you (see the objects)! 💤
As a potter, I can tell you that as long as a pieces of pottery is washed appropriately (just soap and water) crazing does not make a serving piece or mug dangerous. Once vitrified, by firing, clay isn't porous enough to hold onto pathogens.
(As a doctor) if I may comment on the bacteria on gloss, ceramics, etc. I would say that no bacteria at all can survive if you let the object dry. Bacteria can not survive in a dry environment. Usually the most bacteria’s you have in your home is of course the bathroom but then in your “Wettex” (the thing you use so wipe things in the . Kitchen)
I love to shop at my local Assistance league here in Hawaii. I also donate my items there too. I like that 100% of the money that they get goes to their cause which is helping children. All of their employees are volunteers, and they are usually the sweetest retired men and women that are more than happy to help you. I've found that these unpaid volunteers are in general more helpful than the paid employees at Goodwill.
Hi Tiffany enjoyed both of your thrifting trips. The butterfly and the wooden vase are really fantastic xx love to all Margaret UK 🇬🇧 P S love the gardening angel i also like gardening
I'm going to say it doesn't matter which store I prefer but it's the fun factor I will be in for. Oh how about what does it matter, my friend thrifting is just fun and exciting. Isn't it inspiring to realize that you are living the dreams of a child. You are a real life treasure hunter. That is why it's fun. My Christmas shopping is done by July every year. I'm an old man who gets to live the dreams of children. Enjoy your time and be kind. You are a very lucky lady. Enjoy my friend enjoy.
I don’t know who’s the winner, but a swap around in venue is a breath of fresh air Tiff, and a wonderful idea to patronise and highlight other local charities.
Hi I enjoy you so much. I love the Garlic salt and pepper shakers and the other things you found there. So cool 😎 I vote for the assistance league store.
Orrefors! The white vase with black seems to have an eye. Like both stores. You never know what you'll find in any thrift store. Congrats on 1/2 price sale. Thank you for the calming segment outdoors. Hope your children have a great school year! ❤
The blue flowers with the swallowtail butterfly are wild violets, one of my favorites. The blue Ball canning jar with the flat lid would not have had a wire bail. The flat lid would be held in place by a metal ring, likely made of zinc. You'll notice the top of the jar is threaded so that ring can be screwed on in place (much like a modern canning jar with a metal ring & flat metal lid). The jars with the wire bail would have indentations on either side to hold the bail, and a curved lid, not a flat one, and no threading.
That impressed floral dish you saw at Assistance League is Salt March pottery! Beautiful piece. $3 is an excellent price. Hello from Tattooed SoapWitch!
Love the agate bookends ,Tiffany. Thanks for showing your treasures. Im not really in need of any more plates, mugs, or dishware although I liked your picks.
I always enjoy watching you shop. On some of the nice travel mugs missing their lids, you can buy replacement lids inexpensively if the piece is a standard size.
Hi Tiffany- As much as I enjoy thrifting with you at Goodwill, I must say I really liked shopping at Assistance League. The items were clean, displayed well and seemed to have better pricing than Goodwill. I loved the garlic salt & pepper and my favourite was that exquisite natural wood vase with the faux dogwood. Dogwood is the Provincial flower of British Columbia so I am of course biased. Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
Eenie Meenie Minie Moe 😄. It's nice to visit other thrift stores and you never know what you'll find. 👍 I love eagles!! 🦅 Thank you for sharing the beautiful nature of Navajo Lake. So peaceful and calm. There's no one around?
Graceful and knowledgeable presentation makes watching your videos valuable! Sometimes it is the hunt and sometimes it is just finding the unusual, my daughter does well with tech items that I would not even notice, she also found a beautiful carved rabbit on a leaf ( mom has to admit envy) ! Thank you for sharing and your hard work putting this together!
My favorite is the Tapestry Jewelry Box. & second fave was the Green shaker. The cutest is the figurine of Turtle reading Aesop's Fables.Had to downsize out of my house to an apt. so can't offer, but wish you luck giving those pieces new homes. ~ thank you for demonstrating cleaning planters..
I think you should have gotten the red swirly glass shades and put them up for Christmas through Valentine's Day! I loved the cleanliness and curated look of the Assistance League store! Such an improvement over the dirtiness of GW (I haven't forgotten your hosing off the squirrel plaque yet!), That vinegar soak was absolutely awesome! My house in Maine has frontage on the Kennebec River and down the road we have seen "our" bald eagles diving over the river for fish! They are so magestic. I am so glad Benjamin Franklin didn't get his wish to name the wild turkey as our national bird--they are number than a pounded thumb and expect, as pedestrians, for us to stop for them in the road!!!
Nice profits on that last haul. I like Assistance League not only because it seemed very clean, but the way they lay out their items is very smart. It does force a person to check out entire store. When I go into Value Village, I go to hard goods only but they are horribly overpriced these days. My favorite piece is probably the wooden natural looking vase.
I love all your trips to wherever you go. Your narratives are very informative and I look forward to your videos. Assistance League seems more organized and cleaner than Goodwill
I would have picked up those pendant shades at that price, what a bargain and you never know when one of yours could get broken. Also it would add a lovely pop of colour at Christmas time.
As much as I loved Assistance League, I have to vote for Goodwill because of the awesome yellow bird and the emerald green glass salt shaker. I love green glass!
Hi Lorraine! It's a beautiful store, and I found some lovely treasures... I'll definitely plan on visiting more often. Thank you so much for watching, I'm glad that you enjoyed it! oxo
Assistance League. I can't believe how nice this business is, and the way they spread items out is amazing.
As always I really enjoy how you shop the shelves. You are so respectful of the treasures you find. Thanks for being someone I can expect quality from.
How sweet you are Kathy! Thank you so much for your kind comment, I'm really glad that you're enjoying my show. oxo
I have noticed that too.
I admire how you balance your time on family first and take advantage of your time on your thrifting and bringing us along. Takecare and looking forward on the next video. 🙌 ❤

27:21 I just want to say how much I love the top five segments you do. It’s been a great addition!
How sweet you are Liz, thank you so much my friend, I'm really happy that you're enjoying it. oxo
Shopping with you Tiffany is always a pleasure wherever you take us. It was fun to go to a different venue this time. Thanks
Yep 😊
The elephant planter came out absolutely beautiful! It's amazing all the uses that vinegar has!

This was a great video. It was fun to see the comparison between 2 stores. 😊 great find on the yellow glass bird.
I liked both stores because you always make such fun videos & you always find unique items!! ❤❤👍👍🤗
The hunt is more challenging at Goodwill, but the finds from the Assistance League are more appealing.
Yes, I agree 🎉

Good to see you Tiffany with your soothing voice. The treasures you found at the Assistance League are my favorite.

It was a fun thrift. Thanks for taking us along.
When you pick up something and say you will take it then put it back on shelf, my heart skips a bear. That green tapestry jewelry box is gorgeous.
Janet from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada..I love the yellow bird in glass!
Thank you so much for watching Janet! Me too, one of my best finds in this trip... I'm being told it is a rarer piece! oxo
Enjoyed so much. The small elephants were my favorites. They are adorable !
Loved The Assistance League finds and my personal favourite piece was the stunning wooden vase with the dog wood. Loved this comparison video. 😊
Thank you so much for watching, I'm really glad that you enjoyed it. I loved the wooden vase too! oxo
Tiffany, I have found that rubbing a lemon wedge will clean off mineral deposits well too plus it has the added benefit of a pleasant fragrance.😊
AL over GW 100%! Great haul from AL!!
So glad to get the notification. I really enjoy your videos.
How sweet you are, thank you so much, I'm really glad that you're enjoying them! oxo

The Assitane League was my favorite store, my favorite item was the yellow bird.
23:33 there was a beautiful blue vase. I want it!! 😊
I loved those two vases too that Tiffany described as”looking like sea glass”.
So glad to see you. Have a wonderful week.
How sweet you are, thank you so much, I hope you enjoyed it! oxo

Hi keep up your great work also God bless you and your family ❤❤🎉🎉😅
I love all your trips to wherever you go. Your narratives are very informative and I look forward to your videos. Assistance League seems more organized and cleaner than Goodwill
Enjoyed the video.
Those pendant lamp shades would have looked marvelous in your kitchen
I definitely enjoyed the Assistance League, and I also feel like they won both for number of products, as well as overall quality!
Goodwill for the win due to quantity of items anddddd pricing!
You are the best !!🎉🎉🎉
How sweet you are, thank you so much my friend! oxo
I like the way the dogs synchronize their heads
❤Your fur babies and pictures of your trip. My little dogs pull me out into the street to avoid getting wet by sprinklers😂❤Linda
You found some great things 🌹
I would have picked up those pendant shades at that price, what a bargain and you never know when one of yours could get broken. Also it would add a lovely pop of colour at Christmas time.
Goodwill forever ❤
Hi Tiffany. I hear that there are many Goodwills in Las Vegas. Glad you chose a different one. Consider visiting all of them as a series.
Yes, I think there are 17! That's a great idea, thank you so much! oxo
I think assistance league is my pic for the 20 minute thrift. Beautiful finds!
Love your videos
You found quite a haul in the Assistance League. That was fun! Nice change.
Thank you so much, I'm really glad that you enjoyed it! oxo

Hi Tiffany, The Assistance League takes the win with the garlic S&P and the Blue Hill creamer. ❤
Danny from the Niche Network would love those turtles
I've always liked Assistance League thrift stores. They aren't as big as Goodwills, but seem to have a higher percentage of vintage pieces.
Hi Tiffany, watching from Chicago 👋👍🤗🤎❤️😁🫶🙏🙏
Thank you so much for watching! How is the thrifting in your beautiful city?
Salt usually has more holes; pepper has less holes. Thanks
HI ! I Love all your items, but I liked the from the league store that you went to better, nicer products but a little bit more pricey. 😊❤
I like Assistance League the best. There are too many pieces that you found for me to say just one item. I did, however, love the pottery.
I missed seeing you find treasures with your metal detector.💕
Great finds in both stores, but I do like the mission and purpose of the AL to "transform the lives of children."
Hi Tiffany! from Thermal,CA. Love your videos
Thank you so much for watching, I'm really glad that you're enjoying them! oxo
Goodwill for sure
Thank you so much for watching, I'm really glad that you enjoyed it! oxo
Assistant League. Garlic shakers and the dolphin.
Share video to show Tiffany lots of love. We can spread her channel to others who may subscribe ! 🎉
My opinion is the second Thrifting place so far. Quicker & easier to thrift at.
Hey. Hi ya Tiffany. Hope you are well. Maybe minature nativity figures for the teepee
I think you should have gotten the black old van that has a jewelry sign on it.
I enjoyed the Assistance League more so
That little figurine is Buddha as a little boy! I thought you might want to know.
Hi Tiffany! From Missouri 👋 So many pretties! I love the yellow bird, the butterfly with flowers, the F&F piece, and the amber glass dish.
Hi Karen! I hope you enjoy this episode, thank you so much for watching! oxo
I think I prefer the Assistance League thrift shop. But Goodwill is a close 2nd…you just never know what you’re going to find.
I prefer Goodwill.😊
I would have preferred you picked up that single flute with grapes. I have a set of 8 and missing one.
thanks
