If you buy this as a double then it comes within the package, however you cannot buy this as a single and then purchase the adapters.

Looking at the video, the 3 in one, is separate carrycot and seat units 😊

If you purchase a 2in1 it is the same piece and converts, if you buy a 3in1 it is a seperate carrycot and seat.
