Enjoy the dig and get you a gold Celtic Stator! And put hivis paint on your pick man 😆 and add a strip of reflective tape too. You've lost some good ones in the past!
Those Coke bottles with no embossing are newer, 1960s to 1970s. They had ACL also known as applied color labels on them. Another name would be Pyraglaze.
@@chickensrcool67I’ve jumped down mountains land into a roll not caring where I land all while shucking clothes and boots😅🤣 Ive had my fair share of incounters with those fuckers lol
Thanks for the video adventure, Lord Chigg. A river seems like a double edged sword for a relic hunter: constantly uncovering new things, but also smashing a lot of them up pretty good.
I live about 75 miles or so SE of McAlister, OK. I've been watching for years, usually with my husband on his youtube account. He never, ever misses you. We even drove down to the Garrett factory in Texas & he bought himself an AT Max like yours. He retired his White's that he'd used for 40 years. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for sharing another adventure with Mike. He gets stung on this trip and I believe the last video I saw with the two of you he injured his knee. I think you might have to start carrying a bigger first aid kit! LOL Take care, guys! BTW: It's always interesting when you can show where some of the bottles were made. I can't help but wonder about their journey and the tales they might tell. Have a great time in the U.K. - I'm sure you will return with great new video!
They have a cutter that turns glass bottles into drinking cups... some of those ones with chipped toys might make cool glasses. Also... why not use some neon paint on the pick to make it easier to see?
Definitely go back the one you had the the top was broken looks like it might have been a hutch. But bottle guys are make Whiskey and, shot glasses out of ones that are able to be done that way.
There are people out there that will take bottles with broken tops and cut them in half to make drinking glasses. So you if you find good ones like that you should save them.
40 years ago, oN the C & O canal on the Potomac river, I found several blue glass bottles near an area that was a camp during the depression. Kinda cool. Brunswick MD.
Lol no metal detecting today, bottle hunting😂😂. But they are some nice bottles laying their, got an idea you could cut the upper side of the bottle off and make glasses and shot glasses out of what you find. Extra cha-ching and have fun at the same time on a rainy day.
Man you are my favorite ! Im.eather workin out chiggin n detecting n magnet fishing or watching your videos I hear that mother earth song in my head the whole time helps me find silver dollars if your ever in north east PA that's my area !
Enjoy the uk beau if I understand it correctly the value of the LR evans and marshal Bros (marshal was in business between 1863-1920) is about $50-$100 dollars is that correct?? Great adventure and finds definitely go back for sure thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
Finding that Coke bottle from Oakland CA. brings back memories of my father... He worked at that Coke plant for 50 years... Would you consider selling that bottle?
Ok guy's y'all know the rules now, everything has to go, the good, the bad and the ugly. I don't want to be tripping over all that stuff next week 🤸♂️ 👍😂👍.
@aquachigger you're up late. Hope you get some rest! Ahhh I see why you're up late.. maybe you'll find some gold coins... or other longed for treasures. 🙂 Safe travels!

Oh yeah...I would definitely go back in the fall if not before. ♥
Cooling Off Hear . Hope I Get To Go Back Out Be For It Get's Cold. Good To See You All.😎👌👍✌.
Your so nice to go bottle hunting with Bam from jackass.. so excited
I love watching chigg dig bartles
Those Coke bottles with no embossing are newer, 1960s to 1970s. They had ACL also known as applied color labels on them. Another name would be Pyraglaze.
Another channel I watch (Adventure Archaeology) would probably make drinking glasses out of those bottles with the tops that are broken.
Definitely would 😎
Awesome! This is the second detectorist video with yellow jackets this week. These forest diggers get lucky a lot.
I was just stung over 25 times by yellow jackets a cpl days ago....ugh lucky I'm not allergic
@@chickensrcool67I’ve jumped down mountains land into a roll not caring where I land all while shucking clothes and boots😅🤣 Ive had my fair share of incounters with those fuckers lol
Thanks for the video! Yellow jacket stings hurt, I know that from experience. Pays to stay a good distance away from their nests. Enjoyed watching!
Bobby Wobs and Fiona are a great pair and they probably enjoy being in their Dad's videos because they like his adventures also
The wobbly kitten and I half expected Mike to find another ten pound crotal bell.
Lol
I got stung by scorpion yesterday and hit yellow jacket nest today 7 stings, must be the season.
I really enjoy Mike's excitement at finds. You guys are putting out some great videos!❤
It's tough to find good minions these days lol. Just kidding. Mike seems to be a fun detecting partner.
Thanks for that
😊

that big crock bottom, you could cut down to just a lip and use for a display tray.
Bartles Galore!!!! LOL
Dig aquachigger longer videos please 🥺

Chigger made a video years ago about how water freezes the bottle and breaks them and how to bury them upside down to keep the water out
Greetings from Minnesota. Love seeing Mike in the videos.
You and Mike are having too much fun, Chigg...well, except for the yellow jackets!🤣❤️
Hi Cynthia. Ita been rough. We was out again after this and I got stung again. This time in the face. Lol
@@gr8finds196 Oh no!!!!😳❤️
Great day for you young guys outdoors again enjoy the video 🙏
Another great adventure thank you for taking us along 👍

Fun adventure guys

Good Hunt Beau !
The bottles are neat and worth while I think. If you get tired
of the bottles you can build a barn out of all those bricks.
There are people out there that will take bottles with broken tops and cut them in half to make drinking glasses. So you if you find good ones like that you should save them.
Definitely worth coming back and excavating.
Send in the young guy first to clear out all the cobwebs and hornets nests!!!😂

Good morning from Southeast South Dakota
absolutely love your channel and your energy.. thank you!
When you get a bee or wasps ting you should put some mud or clay on it to stop the stings

Wow what a good find from McAlester, Oklahoma! We had a Coca Cola bottling company here many many years ago.
Love the bottle videos! Please go back Chigg
Years ago my mentor found one of these in Wv. Was an old mining camp. Mostly catsup and beer bottles.
Somewhere between Chambersburg and Richmond.
I believe your spot is safe.
Well hello Richmond VA.
Hey Chigg and Mike
Hello😊
My hometown Oakland CA.
Mike, I’m sorry the bees got you. I hope you’re OK.
But I hope you guys had fun after the bees.
Thanks for sharing. Very cool. Might be more cool if you hauled out a bag or two of the broken glass and trash.
He's a relic hunter. Not a river janitor.
@@theraptorsnest5891 Obviously.
It's very interesting.
Paint your pick so you can see it in the dirt. 🤔✌️
Yellow jackets, or as Klesh calls them, "jerks of the sky"
Love Virginia ❤
Looks like a pair of Rich men north of Richmond..lol
Waiting on someone to pick up on that
@@wvbygraceofgod5508 Heard the Hank "King of the Hill" AI Cover? Really good!
Have you given thought to cutting sets of glasses out of the broken bottles?
We cut these Coke bottles down and made juice glasses back in the day, my brother & I...
@davestelling that's a good memory. Do you still have them?
@@leannkennedy6568
Unfortunately, no - sure wish I did as it was a good time making them & my brother is gone now...

first you get him with hornets in the kayak, then ground bees today. poor mike

519th like, its been a while since ive metal detected, but a fun hobby as well.
No lol so many drinking glass bottles can be made
At 11:42, that's me with the ketchup bottle!
How collectible are these bottles? Are they valuable? I know he spends a lot of time and effort finding them.

@leannkennedy6568 Late? It's early where I am at. Off to breakfast!
You could spray paint your pick handle white, just saying.
You need to put a gps tracker on your pick, you set it down and walk away to many times.
Does Mike know about the "LEGEND of RICKY"?
I do. I watch Trailer Park Boys. One of my favorite shows. 😊
@@gr8finds196 👍🏻
Imagine people picking through trash that was at one point trash and leaving said trash instead of leaving the area better than when they found it.

First!?
Don't keep broke glass in water put it on the bank
Landowners don't really like people throwing broken glass on their property.
