This was fun to watch. People will hate whether or not you are from a privileged background. Bukunmi has paid her dues, and she is reaping the fruits. There are lots of people that are even more privileged but never got off the ground. Hard work + God's grace is all that matters.
@@foluolumideko7701 for real 😧? I thought she’s Kikiola, Okiki, Kikiope or something of the sorts, moreover I thought you were referring to Bukunmi Oluwashina with ur comment. I apologize for my assumption.
This video touched me deeply. People imagine that if you are comfortable or rich that your life is perfect. Honestly, it's far from the truth. Life isn't easy for anyone.
Oh my Goodness. There is no one without Thier own Story to what they have achieved. I am so happy for KieKie. She deserves all these recognition she is getting now. She is so hardworking and I love her so much😍😍😍
It is never the same . We all need to stop thinking that we know what it means to come from a poor background . When you hustle as a rich kid, it is from a different mental state from that of the poor kid . It is not about obvious similarities in hustle and push - it is about the mental origin that is propelling the push . For example : a poor kid will never leave a job because of the comment of her boss as long as she is not forced to do anything . Her reaction was that of a typical rich kid with a sense of value and few steps up the Maslow ‘s hierarchy of needs . Where would a poor kid get millions for a TV show ? All we need to say is “yes I hustled , but I know the experience is different for the poor kid and I will never understand “. Simple ! And move on. It is an uncomfortable answer but we all need to get use to it. Well done girl.
You are so right. Her mind set alone is different because of her rich background. If you have ever experienced something you can't talk about it. Poverty no bi your mate
You're right! The poor would only leave when he/she has other options. If not, you would have to endure. The experience is truly different from a kid with a rich background hustling. A rich kid can stay home looking for better opportunities and would still be fed. But a poor kid, need to make do with what he/she has while pushing for better opportunities.
@Tosin Malomo hi there, "poor" has levels. Besides, the point is that you should acknowledge your privilege. Privilege makes a significant difference, even from a mindset perspective like someone else said.
Wow! What actually shocked me in this session with KieKie is her accent and the way she speaks. I never knew she is this fluent - the pronunciation of the words, the lilt her voice has, is really beautiful. Maybe this is because of the KieKie I know... 😂😂
She's very educated with a masters degree. She attended a private uni in Nigeria and went to the UK for her masters. She's just very goofy, don't judge her by her funny accent.
I love kie kie so much ❤️🥰😍. She is multitalented and I love her vibe 😍😍😍😍. She is so hilarious 😆 also. She is a good dancer also. Her page and her content is everything 👍😍.
"There's a limit to what you ask your parents for" you see the thing about Kiki is the fact that she's effortlessly real. Very eloquent and speaks facts!! Gotta love her!
Is it my father that is helping me to write content and also act it out. Well done kiekie. You could have chosen to be spending your parents money till you enter your husband house but you choose to hustle it out on your own legitimately. God bless you indeed and make your hustle pay

My sister hustling as a rich kid is different o. Let's not get it wrong. But anyways only God can make ppl great. We all get his mercies on different levels. Baba God abeg help me so that my children will not start where I started. Amen
I’m at a stage where I need to quit my job but you know what the fear of leaving a job and not having another one does. In fact, I had to pause on the job seeking spree I was on because it occurred to me that I really do need a new job. I need to start doing what I’ve been wanting to do. Any job that I’ll work 6 days a week is not for me anymore! I want to work only 3 days a week for someone else and put the rest 4 days for myself and my God. I keep hearing people advise me to not resign yet until I get another job. That’s the norm but that norm is annoying to me when I know that it’s should be the main dream I should be pursuing if the job is not it. Chude and Kiekie , what would be your advise? Ps: I’m not from a privileged background but I’ve been able to save up a little to take care of myself while I’m building my fashion brand.
So I personally, left my job in 2015, I had no new job, no money. I left the job cos my pay was so meager. People advised me then not to leave, how would I cope etc, but I was fed up, it felt like if I didn't leave the job, my enemy was going to die, so I told them not to worry about me and I will not beg them for money(cos maybe that was their fear) and I will survive. I ventured into selling of petty things, it wasn't easy at all, but I was determined not to be dependent on anyone financially. Fast forward to now, I run an online jewelry business that fetches me atleast over 1m monthly......plus I relocated out of Nigeria last year, so I still run my business that's in Nigeria. It all boils down to determination....follow your heart, seek God's blessings plus be very determined.....if you know u r lazy, just keep doing what you are doing.... determination to work and achieve your desires result should be your focus and work on it ...
Pray about this well and ask God to direct you Just know that quitting the job won’t be easy but with persistence and consistency God will make a way for Pray and follow your heart.❤
I recently resigned my job too, obvious reasons as yours , I know this not what I should be doing , I need more time for me and to grow my relationship with God. I don't want to come to a nervous breakdown because of a job that they really don't care about your mental and physical wellbeing as long as you can come through for them. I have to be sane enough for my daughter too.. it's not been easy these last two months but I'm running a home lesson for few pupils and I'm getting by also planning on going for my masters abroad. I have strong faith this is achievable, I don't know how to raise the money yet but I'm very positive and hopeful. So yes I know you did the right thing once your heart is no longer there it will be tormenting for you and frustrating. Just focus and be determined you will achieve more and build your own niche

The privileged background I see is her disciplined family Her parents asking for a proposal and not dishing out money for frivolous requests were her stepping stones. This helped her to learn to stop and think and become responsible to chart her own course Some hungry parents borrow to give their kids anything they ask for and end up raising kids that have no drive Even a poor parent can replicate this principle Wealth is a fruit.
