She's already won the Golden Globe lol. The AMA's know the winners hours before the show and they prepare accordingly. Part of that was notifying Gaga's team who would've known to show the awards in the arena and give Gaga her award. They wouldn't have told her though or any of the dancers. Just her management knew :)
