    It uses a Monte Carlo method which randomly paints pixels to work out the ratio of points in a circle compared to points in a containing square in order to estimate the value of pi. It also monitors its own accuracy by drawing a graph at the bottom of the screen with the horizontal axis being the actual value of pi.
    The garish colour scheme is in the original!
