The mark scheme is only an indication to examiners of potential answers - it is not an exhaustive list - however, I wouldn't worry too much about whether your answer will be on the mark scheme - we'd just be speculating.
@@leeham166 They award marks based on the quality of the application, analysis and evaluation shown in your answer, unless it is a calculation question or a short answer response. The marks you get will be determined more by the exam skills demonstrated than whether the point you are making is on the mark scheme (as long as the examiner can see that the point you have given is suitable)
