Sounds great. In 52 and played with synths in the 80s like Roland Juno 106, Jupiter 8, Morg Poly 800..... On disability so been trying to learn to use vsts but I want to save up for some hardware. Thanks for the channel. Ill definitely be checking out your videos.

FYI: around 12 minutes you showed the macro assign depth feature, but I think you missed the real update here. The 1.0 firmware already allowed us to change the range / depth of macro assignments as you showed. The 2.0 firmware allowed the depth of an already-assigned modulation in the mod matrix to be assigned as a macro wheel destination. For example, if you assign LFO 1 to cutoff in the mod matrix, you might set a modulation depth of -12.0 in the matrix. The new feature is that this modulation depth is now assignable to the macro wheel, so you can use the macro strip to modulate it from -12.0 to something else.
Great demo, thanks for the content!

Do you know if you can make wave sequences with wave tables? In my little blofeld I learned the trick of modulation with modifiers and it is really incredible that you can also sequence samples without a sequencer.
I would like something similar to be done in the minifreak unit.
Greetings and thanks for this informative video. 😉👍

From my experience, there is no way to select another the Wave from the wavetable from modulation. But you can modulate any of the 3 parameters of the wavetable.
