For these types of match (against the very pros) I would love seeing the uncut versions. Let's us see how they behave between points (which is rare and fun)
Love the TTD content! Please make more and more and more and more! 😁This is really good stuff! It's always great to see the great Tom the Frog play, and a match-up with the great Truls is a special treat! Thanks for this!
During the first match, I was like “man, Truls has improved so much since the last time he appeared on TTD. He’s so confident and even mess around and win points. It actually looks like pro vs amateur now”. Then it went downhill...
Well, if you watch Truls' matches in the official TT channels, you will see that he doesn't have the same focus or tension here. He's playing for fun (of course even so you don't want to lose), but saying that it went downhill is a bit disrespectful in my opinion. He is without a doubt one of the strongest players in Europe, and number 19 in the world. The fact that he appears in these collaborations says a lot about how much he loves TT, many professionals don't want to play outside official matches (after all, it's their job). You won't actually believe that Tom is better than Truls, right? Although I have to say that Tom played really well there, his backhands were on point.
This comment is so irrelevant. Of course he’s not as serious and focus. This is a no stake match. Of course Truls is better than Frog (why are you even bringing this up…). But that’s the exact reason the match results shouldn’t be this bad. I mean just look at Anders Lin and Anton. Truls is an olympic silver medalist for god’s sake. Anders even say TTD should look for people outside the 100 world ranking. The only time this is acceptable is if Truls just fishes the ball up for Tom to smash (similar to XuXin vs Adam). Anyway, I now realized this is an old match based on a different video. Truls was really strongly ranked then but I didn’t enjoy his inconsistencies then. I think he’ll do much better now.
@@kenji2787 I thought that you meant that the first time he played he did it so well and now he is all downhill, like if his level has decreased somehow. That's why I brought this up. I apologise if I misread your comment.

Loved it Tom! You were absolutely on fire 🔥! Amazing backhands 💪
Thank you! :)
Jees, Frog. Have some empathy. Next time give the other guy a 5:0 or smth 😂😂
