Superb :D I've been playing again lately, keep seeing new stuff all the time, there is so much emergent gameplay :) First I was rammed from behind by some speeding lady who I then pulled over and there were chat options about why she drove into the back of me lol... and she was wanted, in a stolen vehicle, and drunk xD Then I was following a motorcyclist for having no helmet, when he suddenly took off from me before I even asked him to pull over. I chased him down and he stopped, then while I was booking him, someone else came along, got out, and started just beating him up... I had to taser them both lol Love this mod so much!

I think its because he is so down to earth. He talks with the viewers and also he rps with the AI. From the yelling stop to the hilarious commentary. He isn't reading a script, just being himself.

Jeff, and everyone else wondering - to have big rigs and any other non-yielding vehicle actually give way, open vehicles.meta and remove any occurrence of "FLAG_BIG" under the flags section of each vehicle. It is a blessing to play with that, even if they of course are still slow and cumbersome.

the red circle only shows you where the helicopter is searching, has nothing to do with where the perp is. You have to go house to house and search.
