Tamania highlights for me: Ghost tour in Port Arthur, Cradle Mountain, Penguins in Devenport, Lavender fields in Launceton, Mona Art Gallery, Cascade Brewery, Mount Wellington, Bay of Fires, Huon Valley.
Tasmania is a really great place to tour around. We loved the Wall in the Wilderness at Derwent Bridge (carved wooden panels art installation), the Wilderness Railway tour between Queenstown and Strahan which is a rack and pinion steam train journey through amazing wilderness, Hobart Salamanca Market and the Port Arthur penal settlement. We basically travelled the entire island and there was so much to see, eat and experience.
Another big year lined up! Can't wait for you to discover the Sandgroper State 👍 (WA). Karijini, Ningaloo,Rottnest Island, Cape Le Grand in Esperance to name a few. Esperance beaches are stunning & the best in Oz for beauty imo(no I'm not a local down there lol Am a Perth local). They are just stunning!😯😲🤯 Perth beaches are bloody nice too👍 Check Freo(Fremantle)out. A place that has kept its heritage thankfully 😎 Kings Park is a must & has fantastic city & Swan River views. Keep em coming👍 🎥 ✌️
Just a little tip for your Tassie trip , most overseas tourists get excited about the lavender farms then are disappointed when they get here and there is nothing to see , the lavender season is just finishing now so if you had that on your list of things to do/see , you can delete that off your list. But you are coming at the right time weather wise , it's cooled down and usually around 22-23 degrees and not usually any wind around by late March , plus most holiday mAkers have gone home by then , but it is also early in harvest season for fruit and vegetables so he there will be lots of overseas backpackers around but still should be plenty of accommodation or free parks available
I live nearest town to the world's biggest lavender farm and we hear so many tourists wanting to see the lavender but they don't seem to realise it's seasonal and mainly a December / January flower and they get very disappointed
Hi guys, loved your journey so far. 2023 looks to be jam-packed with an exciting travel itinerary. Do you intend to stay in Australia permanently, I guess is the big question
Hey Jon, thank you so much! Haha that is the big question, we’re unsure at the minute. We love being here so much but want to explore more before we decide 😆
@@LeeandLoz Yes, that sounds like a logical decision. Should you ever choose to stay check out the following RUclips channels of two British families that moved to Queensland: The BAM Famalam and That Johnston Life. They have a great following in Australia and both give great information about how to make the move, and all their experiences doing so.
Not stalking or anything like that, but I’m looking forward to seeing the west coast and Darwin with you. My daughter was just in Darwin and she said it was so hot. So if you don’t mind I’ll be tagging along with you guys, your making great realistic real life videos, keep up the good work. Greg from Sydney. 🇦🇺🇦🇺

Went in the Chrstmas break 7 years and it was really good.
Yeah that’s definitely a good point, we originally had it on our list so I’m glad we won’t be disappointed now 😆
