Maybe a probing attack could have been useful for splitting the opponent's attention, but I'm assuming both players were reluctant to feed troops into the narrow choke point.
Round had very bad luck for Mandoz. Rolands being Kubs? Sure! Leopard popping smoke and still being hit? Sign me up! Though, the player did mistakes that lead to the defeat.
Sometimes the RNG gives, sometimes it takes. I have games where I have multiple upvetted top teir radar SAMs failing to hit cheap planes like the MiG-21, while the enemy nonvetted stellas hit my bombers (20-30% ECM) with their first shots destroying them in one volley.
God it is soo good to see another tournament finalist overview these things are always crazy fun to see. I don't know if you've considered making a compilation of them at any point but just having all three of a best of three in one video would be nice and maybe just get all the content together.
actually I prefer the way Vulcan is doing it - eg. separate videos in a dedicated list. Very easy to view exactly what You want, much easier than trying to look for appropriate part of one larger video!
Not sure what the hell was going on with that last push, iirc UK Rifles have LAW-80s and for some reason the Leopard 2A4 and Marders found themselves charging through the smoke to point blank range, never stood a chance
seemed like hail mary move to me... It shouldn't have worked (and it didn't), but it just MIGHT have! (I don't know how accurate was Mandoz' information about the defenses there, he might have hoped to overwhelm them with numbers - and then have instant defensive position of his own, and with it a hope of comeback).
Some really poor RNG for Mandoz there but still a good try nonetheless. Even with better RNG for him though it would have been an uphill battle against Yuki's positioning and that early push towards the centre was pretty damn decisive.
Love the units on top of the map staring at each other the entire game

not great having nato vs nato!
only here for this comment (not really vulcans cast is great too, but still
Why not? NATO due to it different nations offer a much more wider branch of different units and different methods of war.
