When providing feedback, present some ways in which things could be better. What are topics you would like to see discussed? Is there a specific player you would like to see interviewed? Is there something specific about the player you would like to know?
It's ironic that you speak of "general questions", "lacking depth" in such a "general" and "lack of depth" feedback.

I'm not a professional so my feedback is his interview is kinda lacking for me but I can't describe in detail how. That should perfectly counts as a feedback. Not everyone is a professional analyst

If reporting a bug, you would provide a screenshot, you would give details about where it is, you would also be sending logs to devs which contain information. You simply saying "There's a bug here. I really think you should fix it" provides 0 information to identify what is wrong.

And You are expecting a random guy, to do him full guide, learn him how to ask questions and how to do his job XDDD I'm not his boss, I'm not his friend.
If you really think people are going to lay you down a path then you are delusional. :DD
I did more than enough, when I pointed out his weak spots. I could also be silent and he would still have a very basic questions that I see almost in everywhere.
He is starting, he has to be exception if he wants to suceed.
But YOU don't have a victory mentality, rather "Help me with everything" mentality XDDDD
And if he can't improve his questions by himself then he shouldn't do this because his job is ONLY about asking questions and he should be Question Master. Not me.
