    Nefarious- Ronnie Field
Told with no fillers, no bells or whistles. It’s Ron’s own words but laid out very well by Martin Knight.
Great book. Absolutely love Ronnie’s sense of humour.
Only half way through it. Savouring, as I don’t want to finish it too soon!!
    Buy it…

Whenever Ronnie is interviewed a police siren is heard in the background, when he was on hard bastards yrs ago with Kate kray he was being interviewed in the street and a police car went past with sirens going. Good interview 👌

It is important that these mens' stories are told because they are a part of social history that has now gone. However, men like Freddie Foreman, who disposed of the bodies of other men in his criminal circle should not be respected or admired...

I disagree - they were all villains, so why single out Freddie Foreman.

You've answered your own question: They were all criminals. Freddie is the last one of the Kray era still alive. Getting rid of corpses, even if they were fellow criminals, is grim.

What's with all these civil pop ups? Anyways they are right there is a nostalgia to hear their crime stories. However me thinks they are told through rose tinted spectacles. I don't think their victims nor even they at the time would think life was so great?
The one question they also never seem to answer too, is where did all the money go?
