I love love love these journals, I did a lot of art and junk journals in differnet sizes, but yours are great!!! I will try this, thanks a lot for sharing!!
I love these quirky journals and drawings!! I'm not usually drawn to pink and orange, but love them both here!!! I'll be using those colors! Thanks for the video!!
@@madebymartha, that would be me too, brown and grunge. But, I am starting to use a few brighter colors, thanks to people like Kristin Peterson, and now you! :-)
New subscriber here. I like that you don't use expensive items to make these. You keep it simple. This is how I want mine to turn out. Yours are amazing!
@@madebymartha I like your way and The Paper Outpost, Pam. I remember making these as a kid. We used sears catalog & PC penny. We used old newspapers & my moms old school papers. Just the way a junk jourmal was meant to be. Authentic.
Omg!!! I absolutely love these!!!! They are soooo artsy!! I can't wait to try and make one! Or 2 lol... they look so fun! Thank you so much for sharing these 😍
I just found your channel. New subbie 🌟🌟 These are adorable. I like to make my personal list journals lengthwise like these you made. But you took it to another level!! Tfs💕 Love your style
Well, Martha - I can only apologise for not having subscribed before (there are more senior moments over here than you can shake a stick at!!). An absolutely brilliant tutorial, and I’m loving your wonky lady covers especially. I know we dm back and forth, but it’s SO good to be able to hear your voice in real life!! All the way through, your dulcet tones reminded me of Mary McDonnell in Dances with Wolves - fabulous!!! Happy week, my friend! Jen❤️❤️
Jen you are always so encouraging and supportive! No worries about subscribing. I don’t make a big push for that 😊 Thanks for everything my IG friend❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much! The number of pages in my signatures varies but here’s what I do in general. When making one signature journals I use 15-18 papers folded in half. When making three signature journals I use 10-12 papers folded in half in each signature. I think that leaves enough room to decorate and add embellishments to the pages. I hope that makes sense and if you have any other questions feel free to ask
Thanks for sharing. I like how you used the 8 1/2x11 papers for a tall, thin journal. And what a great use for all of the brown grocery bags!
Thank you so much for watching! I’ve been wanting to make some tall thin journals for a while🤎
I love love love these journals, I did a lot of art and junk journals in differnet sizes, but yours are great!!! I will try this, thanks a lot for sharing!!
