He definitely has more raw talent than JP Losman and Trent Edwards combined. I knew Brandon and Nix were serious about winning and were out from underneath Ralph Wilson's thumb when they brought EJ on board. May be a few years before they fill the rest of the holes but now I know they are serious, I was ready to throw in the towel if they went with Nassib/Geno or made a non- QB first pick.

U know there hasn't been a reciever or tight end drafted from fsu since 07 shows he had no one to throw to a lot of good play his timing with your receivers I've seen ej make all the throws I've seen there recievers drop many open passes. EJ might be a project but what qb drafted isn't a project russel Wilson was a project. He has great upside he will be a great leader
What people don't realize, he might not be the best QB in the Draft. But he has the MOST POTENTIAL OF any QB in the draft, which is why he got drafted so high.Some Players like Ziggy Ansah and Jason Pierre Paul, got drafted based on potential.
Mike Johnson, you must not watch fsu football. Ej had rodney smith, kenny shaw and nick oleary who is one of the best tight ends in college ball. Not to mention chris and lonnie out of the backfield who both can catch the ball

Did you that the 1996 NFL draft is the most recent draft where a quaterback wasn't selected in the first round, buffalo reaching for EJ kept the streak alive.
too bad the eagles were gonna snag him the second cause they picked before us we snagged the guy we wanted he is a project but will work in the long run
im sorry, i love EJ and can't wait to see him play on Sundays, but you have lost all credibility saying he is the best QB to EVER come out of FSU!
An why does gruden do this gruden had not had a qb since Gannon the reason he stopped coaching is cause he couldn't find a qb

Congratulations Bills! There may be some EJ doubters now however those that do now will soon forget all about that once they get to know EJ.. He is by far the best QB to ever come out of FSU, Ward, Kannel, Wienke, Ponder, etc..EJ has more talent and is a born leader. He is a class act that will represent the city of Buffalo and the Bills organization for years to come on and off the field. Bills scored big time!

here we are, December 20th, 2014, and EJ sucks. Cocky, bad accuracy, bad reads, bad ball security, and injury prone.

So frustrating that EJ was a bust. He has the arm, he has the size, he has the athleticism, he has the smarts, he has the charisma to be a franchise QB. He just never had the accuracy and he got sacked/strip sacked too often - he lacked the mental 2-3 second clock to get rid of the ball and he lacked leadership skills - those are things no matter how much you practice at, you just can never progress at. EJ regressed every season.
Finally we have a qb lol
