Absolutely incredible!!! What a interesting property! There were walls and a building that looked really old,maybe 300 years or more,then there was the newer house that looked to be 60-80years old.. This guy was amazing to do all that work by himself!! Great job!!!💯👍👍👍🏆
Just once I want to watch one of these and actually see the finished piece and until that happens I feel we are been conned and this man does not deserve that kind of condemnation. The man has had my back crying my knees screaming my shoulders sobbing not again. The unbelievable strength and stamina is awesome. Respect. I do love watching them but it fails every single time if there is to be a follow up then say it but even those who do the follow ups never show you the finishes article and that is what one of the biggest attractions to things like this is
You do understand that such houses often need decades before they are perfectly furnitured etc....? My parents probably had more money, but I remember living with raw concrete floors for years while they were still building on the house we lived in.
I do too but I am not asking for furniture and such - not sure the other is either - but to see how run down and falling apart to a new useable and beautiful in comparison structure! Its not about the total finished everything but to see where it was and where it was after all these modifications etc. Total done would be lovely but a bit unreal for many of these - because like another said - could be years before they have it done how they want etc.
@@torkakarshiro5170 I bought a property 13years ago and it too was a renovation a semi detached project 2 months into starting said project we were offered the house next door and got the go ahead to buy and turn it back into one house which is what it really was. It took my husband and I 10 years to hunt down and restore the pieces we would need and make those we couldn't find it took us a further 3 years to do the 6 acres of land and gardens so I know exactly what is entailed I don't care about furniture in the slightest I admire these people but why show something you have no intentions of finishing that is the attraction and it doesn't matter where you live it will always be the attraction. The part I love the most is them restoring the furniture it is giving a new lease of life. My favourite part is their gardens they are as passionate about gardening as us English it is the favourite pass time of my country. I have also learned a lot so it was not a personal attack on the gentleman but a niggle that not one of these channels shows us the end you lose viewers and subscribers

Hard working guy, great job. Yet some things amaze me every time. For instance a roof ripped open and rain pouring into the house, but he's concerned with building a superficial door to the property. Almost invariably a fence or wall is built before anything else, so that you ask yourself is it so insecure around there? Next usually little brick walls are put all over the garden as flower beds or even a "tea house" is built, all long before anything else gets done and while the house is still rotting. Often an outside entrance is installed early on, even though it may make it more difficult for vehicles to pass through to bring materials. I've seen stairs demolished while work in the house just started so everybody had to jump up and down carrying the stuff in and out. And the greatest mystery to me is how the roof is often renewed extensively but there is almost never an insulation added to it - yet it gets real cold, so cold in fact that there is sometimes snow and they work in thick clothing. These are not meant as negative critics, just observations. Actually I find these videos very interesting and likeable, and also enlightening about the differences in how things are done in another culture. Lately everybody in these seems to have pets. I really wonder if they are not just showing us what they think Westerners would want to see.

Ya son varios vídeos donde una persona alquila una vivienda en ruinas y la recupera. Sería interesante que expliquen que beneficios tiene el inquilino? Aparte de pagar un alquiler también gasta en reparaciones? Se lo descuentan del alquiler? Le renuevan el contrato por la misma cantidad? Puede el dueño no renovar el contrato y alquilar a otro? Estos contratos están permitido por las leyes de inquilinatos?
