you should make it so that who ever is the crook cant get busted until he/she dies, for example he/she can get out of their car and run around getting into different things until he/she dies
Team work would make this be alot faster busted, the beach scene around 4:00 if some cars had blocked the exit it would had been a easy win at that point ^^
