I don't know her personally, of course, but I suspect the fact that Kate Bush thanks the interviewer for giving her the opportunity to thank her fans tells you all you need to know about her as a person.
@rudewalrus5636 So considerate about others. She even mentions in two songs, her stage lighting technician Bill Duffield, who fell to his death through a stage trapdoor preparing for her first series of concerts. Must've affected her deeply.

I've been enchanted with Kate's artistry since the early 80's, and I've heard a few interviews, mostly older. Her sweetness is absolutely unchanged :)
It was time that the young generation discover the music of best brilliant innovative artist singer musical author composer writer. And What it is a real genius à True artist. Bravo Kate Bush so happy for you. I really wanted that for you for so many years.....❤❤❤❤❤❤

“Music has a way of touching people”. Which is why I never listen to “Momenta of Pleasure” in public if I want hold on to my macho facade. That song should be played at every funeral.

My favourite Kate Bush song is Cloudbusting. I do like Running up that Hill, but it's not in my top 10 KB songs.

Ela ficou emocionada pelo fato desses jovens ficarem tão interessados, mas quando eu a ouvi pela primeira vez (e foi em um comercial de cigarros, com pessoas voando de Asa Delta), eu também fiquei impressionada com a musica e a voz de Kate Bush, e eu sabia que o comercial iria se repetir naquele "determinado canal" à noite. Depois disso, a canção "Wuthering Heights" explodiu nas rádios, e eu a vi na tv. Eu era criança ainda. Comprei TUDO o que havia nas lojas sobre Kate Bush
Acredito que sei todas as músicas dela de cór.
