I had the same thing you seem to have a couple of weeks ago..out of nowhere and the congestion and cough were awful. I found a decongestant cough mixture did the trick. Hope you feel better soon.

I work in a university support office and we answer the phone and email and we aren’t all on leave! We’re in the midst of graduation ceremonies. Having said that the place runs on emails. I’m sure that is probably the best forward on and you will get a reply if not immediately! My office is busy busy for dealing with preparing for incoming students admin for student support. There will be a process to get a transcript of your results from a central team within university admin. Take care.
I’ve had the same virus it was awful. It kept stopping me breathing during the night. Ended up in A&E.

I hope you are beginning to feel better. Sorry about the University situation. The old records should be stored somewhere! It is not that many years ago! Could you reach out to the Education Department (I don't know what they call them in the UK, but I mean the government department in charge of education) and ask them to refer you to the correct spot?
