WingsBuild is built first and foremost for emulator as it uses heavily compressed textures to increase stability and is only tested on dolphin. By separately downloading the Wii launcher for P+EX and copying the contents of the WingsBuild sd.raw (can be mounted with imdisk), you can get it running on Wii. This setup has worked for me even if some of the visuals are iffy.
