- Today I challenge 3 Rust Builders with greatly varying hours to build me the best base they can in 75 minutes, then I give a team of raiders with ove
13,000 hours of experience 30 minutes to raid them. Let's see how good these builders are at defending their base!
What is Rust? Rust is an INTENSE PVP multiplayer survival game that I've played for THOUSANDS of hours. I've gone on MASSIVE Solo adventures, clan wipes, HUGE raids and just about every experience under the Sun. It's a game that can have the most intense nail biting moments, or you can spend hours doing nothing interesting, The way the cookie crumbles can never be predicted and of course I save the absolute best bits for you guys. Whether it's PvP moments, epic counter raids or my clan messing with each other, everything you need to experience Rust is right here on the Max Mears channel. I hope you enjoy, peace.

Some constructive criticism here I like your videos and the idea, however the thumbnails are too similar and I can’t tell which videos I’ve watched and I haven’t watched. However, the ideas of your video are still good. Just mix it up to a tiny bit.

Sorry but mid player got screw you limited the tcs but if the are on land they can put tc upon tc so really is that far if you had the same spot you would tc every wear let alone put turrets

Every damn base the raiders are just "This is trash" so easy, then they get down to like no time left and still talking shit, so toxic, they need to learn some damn humility. in my opinion. usually I like how both sides are respectful, but these raiders are.. just... yeah... I think you should have these raiders put their money where their mouth is and make them build and have an 8 man raid them. We’ll see how “good” these guys are. Out of all the raiders I think these guys were the most obnoxious. Like bro it’s for fun you don’t need to shit talk. Both raiders and second defender shittalked but for some reason raiders took it the furthest even though they outnumbered and in terms of hours were more experienced. It's honestly just sad seeing people get this internet warrior esc over a fun little experiment. The whole point is to show that sometimes hours don't mean everything.

@@JakeMuzzy I don’t think that any of the defenders except the low hour one felt happy about the outcome and how they were represented. Also it’s not fun to get shit talked by 3 people after the game. It makes u lose moral in yourself and I would agree, this would be a fun event if the raiders were just cool and won without shit talking. I feel mad for both the 2 and 3rd defenders. I don’t care about hours because I myself have only 1k. I think that shit talking takes out the laughter and fun. Sad to think that you can’t see that the raiders were shitty dudes because all you care ab is the fact that the high hour players got crapped on. I don’t care who wins, I care about how they win.

The Raiders are to bricked man just cuz they got high hours the ego is just insane man every base they rolled up on first thing you here ( OHHH THIS IS GONNA BE EASY!!!!) I only made it half way through this and just gave up watching😒😒 hopefully the next video is a little better then this max

The mid was the best, they nearly got it. Raiders just get mad for the salty. Last base could be the best if finished but I agree, such a big base but you have a cap material so the wast of time on stone walls cost the raid. and for a 300h base it was very solid. kinda standard but it's just fine

Agreed - needs to start creative thinking more team v team ideas - like pre building interesting attack/defense bases - 3v3 “battlegrounds” with barricades and stuff(basically make a fps shooter map using rust building and deployables)

Max, could you make some more videos on how different hour players do things in rust besides building/defending, like that video about who could eco raid the best. They’re both informative and entertaining whereas this format feels a bit stale
If you use a spray can to pick you container colour , then return to upgrading the walls after will be the color you want.

I play modded a lot and have seen some tripple compound half floor triangle 8 man fortresses
as a modded enjoyer, i can tell you that if you want /bgrade to work with build skins, you need the /bskin plugin which will work alongside the build grade. you just have to do /bskin first and it will have you scroll thru and select defaults, then your bgrade command will use the skin instead (even has you select a certain color for shipping container). you also don't even need to own the build skins to use them with this command, which is nice for some.
The low hour guy built the base "The Titan" by Faded, theres maybe 1 or 2 differences. Idk if thats so legit
The shooting floor peaks were from it and some inspiration but i actually freestyled the rest. But yeah its hard to make a 2x2 completely original. I have 300 hours aswell so alot of heat towards me for getting inspiration

you should do this the opposite way around where the raiders vary in hours but the builder builds the base once and defends 3 times or 2 so he dont have to defend for to long

What about building small bases for a video? Put some limitations on them… something like no externals or only one and no compound. Say no more than 4-5 stories including the roofs and they get 2 turrets and 1 sg trap… Lol! Maybe make it a 2 v 2 tho… which is kinda something you’d encounter in game quite often! Anyways, love your content, hope this finds you well!

I didn’t like this video cuz of the raiders, their egos were too high. I feel like you should get the raiders to do this challenge, I doubt they would win. I liked the bases tho, the iceberg base was cool but it didn’t have much peeks so he couldn’t do anything, the low hour player had a standard base and the high hour player was tryna build a Zerg base in an hour😂
