It's a shame you didn't get a chance to go inside those places you mentioned. I went many years ago and still have fond memories of it. My BFF and I had the pleasure of going through all of them plus the Hawthorne Hotel did a brunch buffet. We stayed in a town with a relative who lived within walking distance of the train and took it to Salem twice during our stay. We even went to a costume party hosted by Laurie Cabot, the "witch of Salem". That was a halloween to remember.

That is amazing. I plan on going again when I can spend several days there so I can see all the things I missed.
