We tried various depths. Started at 60ft and worked our way into 40 which was where we had the most success. It’s always changing

@@JRMFishing thanks brother, I usually do good about 35 to 40 ft also. Bought me a Brand new 23 ft center console last year to replace a 17 ft Sea Ray ski boat that I used to take fishing from 2011 until last year. Going to try to take her out for the first time lobster fishing on November 6th if weather permits. I checked the tides and the moon phases for that day and everything looks excellent to go out for lobster! Thanks for the response, have fun and be safe out there on the water!
