I like this video. For so many years I saw so many videos about how waking up at 5 or 6 am would (positively) change your life. And I tried it, for a pretty long time too. But it just isn't for me. I'm just simply not a morning person, and that's okay. And I hope anyone else who has been trying, and for who it doesn't work, sees this video and feels like it's okay. You don't have to be a morning person to be successful. You don't have to feel bad about it not working out for you. We all have different bodies. Some people thrive in the mornings and when waking up early. And some people thrive during the afternoon or evenings, and with waking up a bit later.
Sis waking up early is good but sleep more than 7 hours okk ❤ cause we don't want our big sis to fall sick 🤧 i am saying this as a concerned lil sis and don't stress out we can wait for a new video ❤❤❤❤
I have no idea what I just stumbled across but my advice is just to develop insomnia, I've been able to wake up at 5:00 am and stay awake a few times cuz of it 👍
