this might sound kind of weird but the train sounds made this like 10000% more chill for me lol where i usually live, theres a train station literally across the street, and i got really used to the ambience of passing trains. im at my mums right now and she lives in the bush and its so quiet its almost eerie. so thanks train conductors for honking during this video filming !

You should consider making your videos darker in post, for people with sensitive eyes, or who just wish they could fall asleep without the screen burning their eyes 💀 Greta work as always mistuh P
if your screen is already turned down as much as possible try considering turning on your eye comfort shield, you could also turn your phone around so the screen is facing down or turning your laptop around so the screen is facing opposite you. the last 2 options don't help too much if you like visual triggers but it's probably best not to watch if you have sensitive vision anyways. hope this helps! :D
