Hi TheGunfighter45acp, You're right the unique body work and motor make this 1 of 2 left an interesting Corvette to share. Glad you enjoy this car. You're welcome, Lou
Hi Jeff King, I try to find cars that are unique, and being the only one on RUclips, well that speaks for itself :-) Thank you for researching. You're welcome, Lou
I am only familiar with the racing Lister Corvette’s. This is a beautiful car that I never knew existed, supercharged 600 bhp V8 quite a mean machine. A very special Corvette. Thanks for sharing this Lou.
I vaguely recall reading about the Lister Corvette back when they were made. Not being much of a Corvette fan, this one struck me as a legitimate driver's car. A special find!
Hi Joseph, Surprisingly never received the "Views" I though for such a unique Corvette. Challenge might be, few people know about it. Thank you for viewing, sharing, and glad you're along for the ride, Lou
A beautiful car. For the life of me I can't understand why GM did not put this beautiful gem in production. These concept cars of this quality should never hide their light under a bushel. This 600 h.p. supercharger could compete even with the best German brands. It goes to show you what Americans can do when they put their best effort moving forward. Good footage.
epic! outstanding! thanks Lou. the more i see of these older vettes the more convined i am that Gm has committed automobile blasphemy against there own corvette heritage by changing the rear tail lights from the round ones,
I felt the same way. Including when they did away with the hide away head lamps. But each time the changes grew on me. Wait until the new C8 Mid engine comes out. The big change from front engine design to a mid engine. Talk about departing from what a Corvette is. The new car will be what Zora wanted and GM top executives shot down. I can't help but think what Zora would thing about the current standard Corvette and the new ZR1. But the new C8 mid engine I think he would be very pleased. Probably would say finally.

Automatic transmission is a win for me and my trick knee. I love stick, but if my knee goes out - its game over. Cool car overall - but I'm having a hard time with the front lower light arrangement. Aside from that I giver a massive dual Fonzie thumbs up!
That happens with any engine you put boost on and you flog it when it's cold. Combination of moisture and boost. Nothing wrong with that, except that it really should be taken out and driven 10-15 miles to burn the moisture out of it!
I like it. Thanks for the detailed close ups, Lou. With 600 horses & the unique bodywork, you'd never know what just blew by!
Hi TheGunfighter45acp, You're right the unique body work and motor make this 1 of 2 left an interesting Corvette to share. Glad you enjoy this car. You're welcome, Lou
Thanks for documenting another unique My Car Story!
I vaguely remember these - this is the only Lister Vette I can find on RUclips- thanks Lou!

It is an " homage " to the Lister jaguars of the 60's . That front end is pure XK .

Never seen these before , I was expecting one of the '60s Listers ...
Glad to read I'm sharing a car new for you Shawn Fox Firth. There are only two, so it should be new to a lot of people :-) Lou
It’s just a standard 1990+ C4 dash. (Except for the added gauges on the A pillar.)
Hi John Edmond, Thank you for viewing & sharing, Lou
It's like a new version of the Corvette Scaglietti
Good call.
Nice

"Lister North America"? Anything to do with Lister UK?
Looks a bit like an Intermecanica from the side...
First time I heard about this car!
Hi Carlos, Yes, and there were only a few made, so not a surprise you have not heard of this Corvette. Lou
Is it Lester or Lister?
Lister
Corvette made into a Ferrari Daytona.
Good call.
It's pretty sad it's an automatic. :(
Well there is only two, so I guess will deal with it.
SuperWizard101 King Yep, so sad that lowly automatic can and will beat the snot out of a 6 speed every time.....
That smoke doesn't look so good!
No it doesn't :-)
