- The perfect recipe for your cheat day is this flavor-packed Smash Burger Taco. This wonderfully decadent dish combines two of our favorite foods. I think you have captured the escence of the Taco... take anything you like, put it in a tortilla with herbs and salsa/hot sauce and you are good to go. That looked delicious.

For anyone watching, please use a cut proof glove or the tool that comes with a mandolin to cut anything on it. Its easy to seriously injure yourself with one of those.
Im guessing that chef Tom had a cut proof glove under the black one, he always seems to be wearing multiple sets of gloves at a time. It's like glove-ception
