Since you can"t see the future candlesticks that have yet to form, how do you tell when the bullish or bearish push is ending in order to draw your demand zone?

Presumably this strategy should only be used on trending markets, is that right? On 7 minutes, is there a reason why you go far back as you do to get the supply zone?
Hi That supply was still valid, it's not that far back because it's 5 minute chart. Most of the time I'm using only 5 minute chart. I will use 1HR as well, but won't get as many entries off of it so I push down to 5 minutes. Can use it whenever, better success in trending, but supply and demand works in all conditions when you get used to it.
Have you use any of those supply and demand indicators or smart money concepts or orderblocks? In theory, they will help you to find you supply and demands areas?

You draw the demand zone once the move is complete. You have many candles until the move comes back to that zone.

You can do either. I recommend testing each and seeing what suits your trading style best. The lower the time frame, the faster.

How are you setting your risk to reward do you always go for at least a 1 to 3 or just target the next level?
Often I go for the recent level as shown in examples, or an imbalance, which I'll be covering in future episodes.
