Ride Stories: Veneto Trail 2024

The Veneto Trail event in Italy is one of the more enjoyable bike events I've participated in. The 300 mile distance and 38.000 feet of climbing seem a bit intimidating on paper, but riders are encouraged to ride the route at entirely their own pace, be that a race pace or a slow, touring, party pace. As such, riders stretch out across the beautiful course and soak in the amazing scenery in any way they see fit.
I took this opportunity to take the prototype Show Pony out for its first grand adventure. Adventure did indeed ensue, but all is well that ends well. I highly recommend putting this one on your list if you are able!
