Liam's thyroid issue (Hashimoto's disease) may also have something to do with why his voice deteriorated. He had it for many years before it was diagnosed and apparently it wrecked his vocal cords before he started treatment for it
For all those saying this is a horrible performance by Liam I think you need to watch to 2:55 until 3:43 ... he has a message for you... and absolutely nails it and its fucking massive and amazing!

There's an interview of Liam in 1997, he was asked if he believes in God and he said: "No, I don't...or at least I don't believe in the Church". Or read the lyrics of Falling Down written by Noel. He recently said "I'm not sure If God exists. But if he ever existed, well love must be the most evident sign of his presence. So if you put it in this way, maybe God exists". But in general, they never talked very deeply about religion.
