The mom sounds like a professional victim and the older daughter just looked like she was done. In the end even the younger daughter looked embarassed by this whole thing. The fact she didnt even stand up to say anything for her mom, says more than anything.
That’s exactly what I thought. Professional victim. All that crying and no tears. Lives off of her daughter’s SSI. She’s seems very manipulative. I got the impression that she’s actually jealous of her daughter (the defendant). The defendant looks as if she’s successful and has her life together and the mom wants her to take care of her. It breaks my heart watching the youngest daughter go through this.

Not ONE TEAR SHED, all that hollering and "crying" and not one tear. That 15 year old will have to put up with that for the foreseeable future. I hope she understands her sister isn't the one she should stay away from. What a nightmare. I fully understand why the Defendant left home at only 17.
The 15 yr old probably already have to deal with a lot. A mom would can financially take care of her children, who puts up this much fake crying, who gets engaged to a man who don’t have his own, who lies, etc
I literally went through something like this with my birth mother and my now 17 year old sister stays with her and she keeps her away from me. I try to warn my sister to be mindful and learn from me moving away.

Initially I thought the defendant was exaggerating about how her mother was toxic but at the end of this case, the defendant was proven right.
I know! I did at first as well, but as soon as the mom said she got engaged and moved the fiance into the house I was like..nope. Why isn't your grown fiancee getting y'all your OWN house? And bringing messy daughter in laws after being told at the beginning they can NEVER come over (if someone can't even step foot on your porch you know it's bad) I was like no ma'am. You and fiancee need to go sorry. But my house is my place for peace.

Defendant (her older daughter) came off as “not caring about any of it, except when JM said she wasn’t getting any $ either!!) -cause then she went on about how she should have got the $ too!
So sad cause at the end it looks like neither of them care about anything except hoping to win $$$! BUT MY QUESTION is “why does Defendant even live with the mom if they can’t get along??”

Let me say this....I see sooo many times where people will say, oh how could she do this to her mother or that's her mother and she needs to work it out with her", I know FIRST HAND how manipulative and deceitful mothers can be. All of that crying her mom did, I've seen the performance and it's just that, a performance. From the outside looking in and those people who have positive relationships with their mothers may say, oh you have to try and work it out. No ma'am. Not when it causes more harm and trauma. Your health and peace are first and foremost no matter WHO you have to cut off.
