I’ve been looking through all of your videos, and I can’t believe you don’t have at least 50,000 subscribers or closer to 100k. Your videos are so professional, your thumbnail and title are enticing, and the food looks so yummy. I wish I had your skills. In a few months from now I hope to try some of your recipes.
I have tried so many different teriyaki recipes and this one was 1000000/10! So delicious, simple and fast. Ticks all the boxes. Cant wait to try it with tofu, chicken and other proteins. Thank you for sharing it with us ♥️
I am a Teriyaki novice, the thing I love so far is that with all the steps and possible ingredents/additions, no two people do it identcally lol. This looks good I willl try this mirin.

Thank you so much for this recipe. It was indeed delicious. ❤
My pleasure 😊 Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching.
I always use honey instead of sugar for the healthier option :)
Just tried this recipe. Turned out amazing. The surprise star of the show was the crispy fish skin. With the teri sauce it was like candy! Thanks!
Thank you for the comment, I love the skin too! I'm happy that you enjoyed it! :)

This is the best salmon teriyaki recipe I've ever tried. Thanks!
Thank you so much, it means a lot! :)
Sugar not needed at all. Mirin itself will glaze with its high sugar content.
I tried this recipe yesterday. The dish turned out perfect. My husband loved it. Thank you.

I made this without sake( I replaced it with water and it came out pretty good . I also did not add cornstarch to the salmon. It was still decent.
Thank you!

Personally, I swap out cane sugar for Vermont (that's where I am) Maple Sugar. Also a touch of toasted sesame oil added to the frying oil.
Quick, easy and delicious. This is our dinner today👍
Thank you! Hope you enjoy :)
