73 years young doing the crab dance- Gabriel you do know that beach is a keeper don't you?
Just a suggestion, in your cucumber beds, if you add coconut Husk Block, (a compressed block of coconut husk) you buy the block stick it in a tote and water it, one block filled a tote, it expanded that much, so it acts like mulch in the soil to hold water at the roots, really good stuff.

Those "gills", which they are ........ We always called them "Devil's Fingers", and yep, we were told they were poisonous and not to eat em etc ... (Back when I was 10 years old and living up in the Stienhatchee area) .....!

The thing to keep in mind about okra is. The hotter the temps and hotter the soil the better it grows. Okra loves heat. Give it a little bit it will come along...another secret is when it gets slow producing get a switch and beat the plant like it stole your boat. With in 2 days you will have more okra than you know what to do with. And that ain't no lie. Great video. Keep up the good work bud
Gabe, the crab pots are designed to be set with the bait pot toward the bottom. That puts the funnels on the bottom where the crabs live. Maryland commercial waterman here. Any fish will work for bait, but oily fish such as menhaden are better. Shrimp heads also are great bait. Good Luck Bro.
Have you seen any other videos?? This is not their first vidoe.. they have been doing it since kids and have been crabbing in Maryland and Louisiana, and many other places.. I have a slight feeling he might know what he is up to.. you can Aldo see his brother deermeatfordinner.. they have a lot of experience.. but hey everyone can learn something new I guess....

@@NateA80well you’re wrong. Just because you catch a few crabs doesn’t mean you’re doing it right. They are absolutely setting them upside down. And their traps are very illegal. Florida instituted a bycatch reduction device law last year and he doesn’t have any on his 15 traps. That’s a HUGE fine if he gets caught.

Im a pretty experienced gardener. Ya mix the darkest finest, wood-based bark dust, you can find with organic potting soil. The Expensive stuff. Mix 50-50. Every year add more organic soil, as much as ya need to bring the soil level up to where it was the year before. you can add a lil liquid fertilizer in the fall, too if ya want to. Just a little. By year 3 the bark dust will break down and make for incredible soil. The main thing is never add ingredients that will kill the bacteria and worms in the soil. Ya need alive soil. And keep adding good soil every year. And eventually you will have incredible outcomes.

After I saw your video with Homegrown Shrimp I passed it on to a friend that owns a restaurant and has wild caught gulf shrimp on his menu. He has been searching for a source of fresh never frozen whole prawns but has never been able to get them up in Northeast NY without paying crazy prices. He ordered some a week after I told him about it. After he watched your video that I shared to him he was sold. Used to go crabbing with a net in a canal that has locks. Crabs would chase flash light lights and we would scoop them right out of the water. Hour of fun and leaving with 10-20 crabs easy. 🦀
