This TOUR video is very helpful as you have a complete conversation about the situation in a single neighborhood.... like Crime rate, Good spot, Price range, Parking info, Buy/rent, HOA fee, ....tricks, complaints, local jokes, gossips, recommendations plus some history. You can create a series of videos for each neighborhood in the Miami beach !! then all people will love to check out your series before moving here. Plus I like that you share the best spot in your opinion from a sightseeing perspective !!!
I hope at least some of that comes through in the visual and audio of this video. I'm really happy to share it with you and hopefully brighten up your day even if it's just a little bit 😊
Your walking tours are absolutely the BEST ones! Great commentary & everything. I love how you notice trees, plants, iguanas, etc along your routes. It's all so good! Makes us feel like we're right there actually hanging out walking with you! Love it!
Thanks Linda! I like to pay attention to my surroundings as much as I can during these walks and just react. If you feel like you're there with me, then I must be doing it right!
My daughter is graduating this May with her masters in speech and language pathology . God bless her and all of our graduates at every level . Stumbled on your page randomly when I couldn’t sleep and just want to tell you how much I enjoy them. Just got back from a trip to Miami Beach and these walking tours make me feel like I’m there. I definitely am looking to relocate soon and you really are helping me narrow my choices. You have great things to say and have a soft, soothing voice that sometimes when I can’t sleep I put on your walking tours 😉. New subscriber for sure! Keep these up. Hugs from NYC.

It really is the Beverly hills of Miami...thank you Michael for the beautiful tour...I hope more tour are coming in the future ... appreciate it.. Sunshine State rules....😎🌞
A house tour in the gated community at 12:30 sounds good plus the narration is awesome. I've seen other walking tours videos in Miami with no narration and like you said it makes the video boring.
Thank you Dan! Its good to know that! When I made the first walking tour, I was getting mixed results and feedback, but now after doing several it looks like they're here to staty
I’ve watched quite a few videos of that other channel that shows the boats going in and out. Some pretty crazy stuff, both in terms of the boats themselves (multi-million $ yachts) and in terms of the folly of taking some of the small boats out in rough weather. But you can learn a lot too; like matching the speed of the boat to the movement of the swells. Great stuff, but after you’ve seen 20 such videos you’ve seen it all.
Another great walking tour!! I ❤️ these! Your voice and narration make it so educational and enjoyable to watch. When I need an escape I watch these! Love your walking tours of Miami. Can you please do more of South Beach? 🙏

Im not in that income bracket, but I stayed at a 5 star hotel in Bal Harbor...back in the 90s. Its amazing. 94 degrees in Miami does not feel like 94 degrees in Philadelphia. I need to return...for good.
Also if Mike doesnt mind, there is a channel called Haulover Boats which broadcasts from the inlet everyday and is live sometimes. Im actually surprised they werent there in this video filming
New subscriber here! I love your neighborhood videos. I’m seriously considering a move to Miami and your videos are very helpful. Please tour Coconut Grove, Belle Meade and Coral Gables as well. Keep up the good work!
My dad and I always bring up the the time back in the early 70's when we went out on our boat and how choppy it was going under the Haulover Brdige. It was one of my scariest rides in our boat ever, and my dad didn't admit it back then but he was scared out of his mind also, and will admit that now.. It is supposedly the most dangerous inlet in Fl. but has the most boat traffic in the United States.
Is the beach in front of the big buildings public access there? Never thought about bal harbour, but after this walking tour, it looks more interesting. I haven’t been to bal Harbour shops in probably 8 years! It’s always nice to walk around there. Cool video, thanks!
Yes it is public and you can park right in that area under the bridge no problem and go to the beach. I would definitely consider living in Bal Harbour 👌 it’s a fantastic area and really not so expensive for the quality of life there

There are probably too many to name in a comment but a couple I would say is the gulf waters tend to be not as nice as the Atlantic waters. Also, most of the west coast is geared towards retirees, whereas that is less the case on the east coast. I did some vids a while back showing the different oceanfront condos for sale on both coasts, I recommend watching those videos to see what both sides have to offer 👍
Looks like South Orange County CA, took a walk through Bal Harbour in February of 2020. Nice area, one of the things I like about Floriduh is that the sky is always blue.
