Excellent Video. To the point and very clean.
One thing as a new cpu miner that I don’t see here is the new flight sheet after the full tune. What commands do you keep in the flight sheet after Full Tune. Also I missed some steps in bios and I need to full tune again. I saw somewhere a command “tune-full”: but instead of true another command to override. Also I am using a 5900x cpu. Are these setting the same as the 3900x? Of course everything except Ram speed that differs from setup to setup. If you could contact me on discord it would be great and much appreciate it. Best Regards from Greece.

Hey, great video. You got me 99% of the way there. Still without a gpu I wasn't able to boot until I disable "VGA card" something or other on my MSI Gaming Plus x570. It was an option to tell the bios to not look for a gpu and instead go ahead and boot. I've been held back by that setting for a few days. Hope this helps

Hi, good video, the only question about RAM settings, some bloggers (Rabid mining) suggests to do not apply XMP profile and keep memory at default clocks (2100-2400) , overclocking good for XMR but not for RTM cause you increase power consumption but not hash rate.

Just one question, when I go to HiveOS Shell and see the actions of the hash rates and status etc. The whole top menu including x where to click to exit Shell is missing, I had to close the tab on my Chrome browser to exit. I see you have the top menu on your scree, how do I enable this top menu? I thank you in advance.

How would you recommend setting stuff up if you also use the PC for work/gaming? Turning off PBO I assume wouldn't let single cores boost to 5GHz on my 5950x and for gaming higher clocks>core count. Faster RAM also helps there.

Vry nice video. I have a question? I started minig with 3500x cpu on windows on my pc. Than the miner does whole process of tuning. I have mined for 2 days and i decided to go for 5900x. I flashed the board instaled cpu and the cooler booted all fine. I run the cfg file for raptoreum aggain didnt change any thing. Question is do i need to set up miner and batch file aggain since i have replaced the cpu for new 1? I am not sure yet that i am getting the wright hasrate for this cpu. Dont know what to do? Tnx

I've followed these steps but used a 5600G - which has onboard graphics. When setup in Hive it doesn't appear to show as a CPU but rather a GPU. Do you know of a way to fix that to set it to ignore the onboard and see it only as a CPU?

Yes you could. Should help with hashrates, though not by much. 👍🏼 get the cheapest CL16 you can find. If a cl14 option is available for virtually pennies, then opt for those just to squeeze the most possible from your hash rates, though again if its a bit more or same cost.🤘🏼
